Overall the experience was enjoyable and the food was decent. I can recommend coming here for food if you are in the area. The prices of the meals are fairly cheap for most options with some of the other options being pretty expensive for the quality of the meal. The meat portion of the meal was tasty but lacked any real flavor or spice besides a smokey girl flavor. The teriyaki sauce that comes supplied helped, but the honey and spice did not come through at all. The salad was sad looking and not really a salad in my opinion, more of a garnishment. More lettuce would have been appreciated. The rice was pretty terrible. It tasted very cheap and the farther you went down the more mushy it became. At the very bottom of the plate the rice was so mushy that it became a singular patty.

Hubby had lunch here with friend and was impressed so I had to try it too. The portion was very generous for the price. - Sesame chicken plate: the chicken katsu was good! It was crispy, the meat was juicy, and well seasoned. I shared the meal with my kid and couldn’t finished as there was lots of chicken pieces. - Honey spicy chicken plate: the chicken pieces were tasty! I could tasted the smokiness from the grill. The meat was juicy and the honey glazed was so good (it was slightly spicy). Hubby finished the rice and there were still lots of chicken pieces left.

Removed previous review, I no longer "love the thai chicken" Well darn. I had to drop my ratings to 1 star. The quality has been going down over the past few times I've picked up the thai chicken to go, but this last time was the last. The chicken was way over cooked, the sauce, which used to be filled with peppery goodness now has too much vinegar and salt. I couldn't even eat half of what I usually do. On top of all that, the parking lot has been taken over by the tire shop next door to park U-haul trucks!

I'm a hard sell for a full 5 star, but this place is great.

I've had the chicken teriyaki several times in grilled (5/5)and deep-fried(5/5). I've tried the beef(3/5) and pork(3/5), I was a bit disappointed with it, though it wasn't a bad meal. The issue I had was that there was a bit too much fat/grisle in it for my liking, and I really don't mind fat on my meat.

The salad that comes with the meal is about a (3/5). It's not bad, but I'm used to different salads with a creamier dressing. The dressing they use doesn't really stick to the lettuce and is usually at the bottom of the to go box. I just end up using it for my rice, which is delicious. I'm not buying the meal for the salad, though, so it's whatever, honestly.

Portion size is awesome (5/5)👌. 9/10 times, they can't even close the lid on the box.

Customer service is great. One of the people there, I'm not familiar with the family enough to remember who it was, but they handed out some samples to everyone waiting. Always friendly.

The $ isn't bad. You're looking at about $15-20 for a meal. Drinks are a bit much at $2.99 for a soft drink. $17.99 for their special usually, and it comes with a drink and 3 potstickers. I usually eat my meal over 2 days at work for lunch. (4/5)

All in all, if you're looking for something for lunch, they have great food, not too long of a wait ~5min, and...

Ordered the spicy chicken #2 plate... The rice was spicier than the chicken. Still tasty but... Not as good as it used to be. Many moons ago the spicy chicken was fried with a preseasoned spicy batter and then dusted with a spicy garlic, jalapeno, salt and pepper blend after cooking. Also included jalapeno slices with the fried chicken. It was actually spicy even with no sauce on it. Now it's just plain deep fried chicken with a "spicy" teriyaki sauce on the side. Literally just teriyaki sauce with red chili flakes in it, barely registering as warm. Not sure why the recipe changed. Anyway, 4 stars for fast service and friendly staff, clean location and inviting atmosphere...and the food I got was tasty just not what I thought I was getting. Docked stars for price (paid 11 plus a tip) for the amount of food I got. It was more rice than anything, got maybe a cup of chicken over 2 cups of rice. And the fact the spicy chicken...
