Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE! My macchiato was literally a venti glass of iced milk with camel drizzle. This locations staff not only have issues making their drinks correctly but they will also give you a very hard time getting a new one or a refund. I went in to have my drink refunded(again at this location) and the supervisor tried giving me a gift card with $4 and lied to me and told me it would cover the price of my same drink. I asked her what the value was and she then had to tell me she only loaded $4. -_- When I told her I would like the full amount of my purchase on the card she questioned my attendance at this location and began searching the computers for my order as if she didnt believe I had even been there. It was found, and hesitantly she loaded a gift card for the FULL amount that I spent here. Personally, I will not be returning to this location not because of the poor drink quality I have experienced on several occasions but because of the poor customer service and the negative attitude that follows a customer complaint. Read moreUPDATE: Even during a non-peak time and going into the store almost 5 minutes after the app said my order would be ready, in-store pickup orders are usually 8 to 10 minutes late despite there not being more than 5 tables occupied, including outside. You have to reach onto the barista side to get your food because the teen boys working just stare at you while you wait. Said food item was a sandwich and all the topping were melted onto about a third of the sandwich and the rest was dry bread. I'm glad I didn't tip. Plus there is no order rating in the app for me to give feedback. I can only assume they are afraid of the flood of dissatisfied customers. If you want your morning order to be made within a reasonable time, go through the drive thru because those orders are have timers that review them, they tend to let the in-store orders wait 15 to 20 or more mins for a simple coffee, NOT a specialty drink. Today my latte was wrong/ poorly made (no extra shot and very little ice) and my pastry wasn’t warmed as requested. I don’t normally order a latte so I forgot to add a customization (vanilla). I had money in hand to pay for it or tip but was given attitude and told to fix it myself. As a former partner, I understand baristas don’t get paid enough to deal with certain things, but as a regular with a simple order I am pretty disappointed with my experience.
