We went today (Saturday) around noon. I just want to share my experience because I think it’s things this place can work on.
check in: horrible. workers were scattered and all over the place. Should just designate one employee to do check ins. One was on the phone, one was running around, one was taking food orders. It was all over the place. Took way too long to check in. There also should be a bench or more than one for kids to sit down and put on their special socks/take off their shoes. They had to sit on the ground…. Also there was a weird guy that walked around dressed in American flags from head to toe & he had a big backpack. I had my eye on him the entire time, he had me a bit nervous. He was saying “I’m from the United Nations” and NOBODY was even phased by him. I couldn’t even find a worker to ask him to leave. Luckily he left on his own after 10 mins. They should really consider security for this place. We live in a scary world.
Anyways, overall seating area was extremely limited. I think they should have benches for parents that are just sitting down, instead of hogging the tables when they aren’t eating. We ordered a pizza and had NO WHERE to sit at a table. We had to grab a stool and stand in the corner… a little ridiculous lol. Either get more eating tables or switch things around. Pizza was what you would expect it to taste at a place like this.
Bathrooms: disgusting. At least mop. It’s run down/old but not being clean is pretty unacceptable.
Price: expensive for such a small, limited options place. Not worth it honestly
This place was okay. It caught my attention on Instagram, we drove a little over an hour. We want to try to find new fun things for kids. I think there’s a lot of room for improvement. I know it’s new, so hopefully they can fix these...
Read moreThis place is very unsafe. It is overcrowded and small. That's not the worst part. My 2 year old hit his head on the metal of the trampoline. The staff that was supervising the area was no where in sight. She appeared like 2 minutes later and saw that my little one was crying . I am sure she didn't see the incident but didn't even bother to ask if he was okay or what happened. The mat that are around the trampoline are loose and the mat moves when kids are running and jumping on it . I don't understand why it is loose . That is so unsafe. My son hit the metal floor near the trampoline . I was so upset that I even brought up to the staff supervisor and she had a blank face expression didn't even bother to ask if we need anything. She just gradually bend over to move the mat. Then acted like nothing happened. I was so upset and went down to grab ice for my little one's head. The ladies at the front didn't questions anything and I was trying to get the manager and no where in sight. This was the first time and the last time. I am serious it's not a place for little ones and they poor...
Read moreWent for a birthday party. The kids had fun, which is cool. Parking lot has about 25 spots, so you're forced to park across the busy road at Walmart or get ticketed in the neighboring aquatic center lot. Once inside, one of the dirtiest places I've been in awhile. The men's bathroom was one of the worst I've seen. The party area has 6 small tables that fit about 6 kids each, and there were 5 parties going on at the same time. There was nowhere for the adults to stand or sit, and we were constantly in the way of others dealing with the same issue. 3 separate parents also commented on how the interior still looked like a Walgreens, which is hilariously accurate. It looks like the investors came in and spent as little money as possible to make a quick buck. We'll never be back as long as it is in this condition. Unfortunate too, considering the scarcity of places like this. The one in Rocklin is about 50x better...
