Steve's Pizza — Restaurant in Folsom

I came here and ordered 3 meatball sandwiches and it cost my family over 60$. We came home and I just couldn’t believe how poorly made the sandwich was. The bread was not toasted it was cold and felt like it was taken right out of the refrigerator. The toppings were very cold too with little to no sauce.

What really just shocked me was that each sandwich had only 1 meatball cut in half and they were very dehydrated and small. I just threw them away. I am just beyond dissatisfied to the point where I will never go to this place ever again. For 60$ I could have made a table full of meatball sandwiches at home. I really just got jipped by this place. I feel like they stole from my family and I.

Management really needs to check on their employees because wages went up to 20$ an hour for food workers and they are still working like they only make 12$ an hour. They were too busy flirting behind the counter having a good time that they couldn’t do their job.

For anybody who decides to try this place please triple check your food before going home. You might find yourself in my situation...

The pizza is always good there. But the kids they have working there are shady. I encourage you to always get a receipt and check it . I pretty much order the same thing when I order, so the price is usually all the same. But a few times I've ordered the price was jacked up more than normal. So I have to ask for a receipt each of those times, they don't just give me one or ask me if I want one. And their hustle is when you ask for ranch they tell you you can have as many as you want and not be charged. So with my 2 family size pizzas I usually get 8 ranches. But they actually charge you for the ranches and pocket the money along with whatever tip you give them. They end up charging me $15.86 for ranch dressing everytime I've caught the scam. Not all of the employees do this but the younger kids seem to try it more often, the teenage girl was the last to try, but gave me a refund when I pointed it out. CHECK...

I have never had a bad experience with Steve's so far. The pricing is on par with places like Pizza Guy's, which I consider to be something of a "benchmark" for chain pizza, but the food is also incredibly tasty. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the pizza always tastes so fresh when we get it. I've even done the "Too Good To Go" app with them when available, and those mystery boxes were always so much food for the price you paid.

I ordered Steve's for a small party I recently held, and everyone said the food was phenomenal. I was even provided a discount code since I hadn't been in a while. Truly a great way to feed a bunch of people delicious food. The staff is also very helpful, and the location is very nice (though I haven't spent too much time in it). Can't recommend this...
