Staff was friendly, beautiful place but there cauliflower crust pizza needs to be taken off the menu, they do NOT know how to make it. My daughter and grand kids and I went there for lunch and they all got there food and I did not. Waitress said something about the oven being to hot, so they had to remake my pizza and it will be another 10 mins, I HATE when you go into a restaurant and everyone you gets there food first and the person your with does not. They are all came together, there eating together, DON’T bring out the food until ALL the food is made! Restaurant etiquette. Anyways they burnt it two more times so when my pizza was done they were all done eating and ready to leave. So I ask them to box it. They did take it off my bill. But take it off the menu when I finally was at home ready to eat it, crust was still burnt and it did not look good at all. I eat some to try it and that’s all I could taste was the burnt crust. Very disappointed. Also was never asked if I wanted something else to eat instead of the pizza that was made three times or if I needed a refill, while I sat there and watched everyone eat. Never ordered from there again but they show up at my house tonight ring the doorbell, kids and 3rd shifter husband are asleep mind you.... don't even wait a few seconds before obnoxiously ringing the door bell again...then IMMEDIATELY after pounding on my door so hard that it shakes my wall.... all within 60 seconds. That's super excessive I open the door and whisper that we do not have a delivery, he shouts JASON?! I said no.. he walks off with no apology. So now everyone is awake. Read moreI ordered from the Merrill ave. Location. Last night 4/19/22I ordered deep dish, it was not anything like deep dish . The crust was thick and hard, could hardly break it. It had very little cheese and almost no sauce. It actually seemed as if taken from a freezer. I also ordered deep fried mushrooms, they were over done almost to burn stage. I called today and spoke with whom ever is taking calls when asking for a manager. He just said it’s the first he’s heard of this and really didn’t even apologize. I spent 27.00 on food a 10.00 tip.
