The food was very good and true to its name, “fresh.” I liked everything but the salad dressing that came with the sweet potato bowl (too vinegary). I really wanted to give this place a 5 but service was not friendly. First time there and was not treated nicely. Just kind of felt like the individual taking my order was cold and hated her job- which sucks because you should be promoting a positive atmosphere if you’re serving up fresh eats- you’re trying to make people feel good about paying $12 for a salad!! Probably won’t be back unless I’m desperate to try a $6 protein shake.

Update: after seeing my experience my order was refunded. Great follow up by management. I’m so glad because I normally love the food here. Will definitely be back. Changing to 5 stars. Thank you!

Disappointed in my visit today. The food understandably takes a while because it’s cooked fresh so I order ahead. I placed my order for 10:45 pickup. Arrived and checked in with the cashier. The cashier kept making eye contact with me and then looking at the kitchen so I thought she was waiting for my order, I was being patient. Finally after 11:00 I asked her how long my order was going to be because it was scheduled for pickup over 15 minutes ago. She picked it up off the back counter and handed it to me! Cold...

Tried 3 of the spring menu items for 2023. The grilled veggie wrap was amazing. Have some concerns over the buddha bowl I think it's called. Chickpeas quinoa red pepper sauce dish upset all 3 of us. My 2 year old is going on day 3 now of puking and diarrhea. Trust me when I say puking red pepper sauce color and diarrhea is not fun to clean up. My partner and I were mildly upset in the stomach, I didn't puke but she did once.

Thinking something with that sauce or dish that day was not good, time/temperature control not followed perhaps? Expired?

Willing to continue to try this place but don't think I could never have my kid eat the food again. Visited...
