Produce at Festival is the best. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often. Edit: I recently tried Misfits Market to get fresh produce, but I compared what I was getting to Festival and it's actually just as cost effective to get my produce at the store so I will be going twice a month to get my produce. Even after all these years their produce just looks appealing. Kudos to everyone working in this department to keep everything stocked at looking good. I remember when the Fond du Lac Festival Foods was a brand new store and I was impressed them, but it's even more impressive to go there 14 years later and the store still looks amazingly clean and inviting. Today I got baby bananas among other things, but these are really cute. I have never seen them before.

I am so appreciative for the great job done on the cake for my son's 2nd Birthday. I emailed them a picture of the invitation and Cierra took the design of the cake to a whole other level from what I had even imagined. It turned out great and I will DEFINITELY be recommending to anyone. Also, the cake was extremely reasonably priced. If I would have gone to any other bakery they would have charged me 3x the amount I paid for it. I will for sure be going back in the future!!! THANK YOU for such a beautifully designed birthday cake! We were all blown away!

I love Festival. They even have Festival gas cards for saving money on gasoline from Kwik Trip when you spend money at Festival for groceries. You can also request items to be ordered if they happen not to carry a product you want/need/like/etc. Decent prices too and the staff is very helpful and friendly! July 2023~ The layout of the store is the same, but they switched up the products in each aisle now, so it might take you awhile to get accustomed to the slight change of finding your groceries. Great holistic section too!

Please educate your staff that England best eggs are bleached to get there white eggs.

Let's go into more detail on this shall we. So every time I use pickup they are completely out of organic items. All organic eggs, all free range eggs, and only thing they say they have is in the regular section. Very mysterious right. This is like the 12th time this happened then the sales clerk always wants me to by from the regular section and not the organic section. This goes for all items that they say they are completely out of. These people trying to persuade you to buy from the regular section thinks everything is organic and healthy and it is not. There are chemicals and preservatives people avoid for health and well being. Usually people who are avoiding certain companies know the preservatives they use to bleach eggs to make them all shiny and white. Here is the thing the clerk should not being saying all eggs in the entire store are organic and healthy for you when they are not. This is misinformation and people really need to be educated. It is very frustrating to see the dumbing down of America in front...

I think I'm done shopping at Festival. I went there tonight at around 1:00 AM to do my shopping for the week. One of the things on my list was fresh strawberries. At this time of year I don't expect to get real good strawberries, but I certainly don't expect to see a section with boxes full of strawberries that are rotting and moldy. When I bought this to the attention of an employee, they informed me that they have been having issues with their supplier for over a year. That's all well and good, but I don't really care about your supplier issues. Don't put moldy food out for sale! The employee tried to make it out that I was the problem for being bothered that supposedly fresh food was rotting and moldy. If this is the attitude in produce, I can only imagine what it is like in the deli, or meat department. The thought of buying fresh meat from a store with these standards and attitudes quite frankly turns my stomach. Sorry Festival, I used to really like your store, but I'm done shopping there. And looking at the other reviews, this isn't the first time rotting food out for sale has...

Second-worst grocery shopping experience I've ever had (shoutout West Bend North Pick'n'Save and your egg cartons swimming in raw egg, you're the bar!). Mostly went in for sliced cheese; changed my mind after seeing moldy cheese in the package, on display. Self-check machine would beep, then say I had an unscanned item in the bag. If it didn't scan, why did the machine beep? Deeply stupid. Switched to a cashier and learned my debit card, which works everywhere else, is an "unsupported card type." And after all that, you'd think at their astronomical prices, they could find someone to bag my groceries. At least I'm an able-bodied adult capable of doing it myself, but like, if you have any sort of disability or mobility issue, seriously, shop elsewhere.

I already only go to Festival for stuff I can't find anywhere else. From now on, anything I can only get there, I simply...
