Starbucks — Restaurant in Fontana

⚠️UPDATE⚠️ 12/27/23 I wanted to come on here and say I went back tonight and ordered at the drive-through and will admit things have changed the same guy I spoke about was super enthusiasticly nice and caring this time. He helped me make changes to what I ordered for my satisfaction and I am happy to say I will be a regular here again. I just really hope he changed for the better of himself rather than change because he was told to. Keep in mind im not seeking a out and beyond customer service all i ever want or need is satisfaction and to feel welcomed

PREVIOUS REVIEW: i’m not one to make a review unless things have gone too far. Anytime I order online so I can pick up before work or pickup for uber eats, I am never greeted, spoken to, or acknowledged at the pick up area. The only some-what interaction i get is when they call my name for my order being ready but good luck hearing it, you can hear a pin drop louder than the women who call out names. When it comes to drive-through, based on my experience, the wait isn’t as crazy, as some say, but don’t be fooled, I absolutely hate going through the drive-through because the man that I always encounter obviously hates customers. I never bothered to check his name but he’s an Asian guy and im always nice even when i know he is taking my order. The only good thing I can say about this Starbucks is that 95% of the time the store lobby is kept clean and organized. it sucks this is my local starbucks.

Cant leave out the food and beverage part. I never order food here so im lying if i were to write about the food. As for the beverages its almost like with every order- they flip a coin to see if they wanna make a drink correctly and delicious or wrong and nasty. This place really needs a turn around with...

Only been here twice and had bad experiences BOTH times. Both times the coffee tasted horrible. First time, girl in the drive through had an attitude and got my order wrong. I did not make a big deal and politely sent my drink back to be corrected. She was incredibly rude and short with me. (It must've been playtime because the girls were literally dancing and doing squats) Second experience even worse. I ordered vanilla scones for my 10 yr old son though the drive thru. Once handed the bag i just passed it back to him and drove away. Wasn't till we got down the street my son noticed one of his scones had a bite already taken out of it. He of course handed me the bag and i checked for myself. Had to throw them out and was thoroughly disgusted. I called to complain and manager was incredibly nice and apologetic. Offered me free food but I declined due to the fact that I don't trust them not to tamper with my food now. I love Starbucks but I'll never come to this...

This place has horrible customer service worst Starbucks I have ever been to, I ordered 5 Vanilla Ice Coffees they all had no flavor, tasted like milk mixed with water, contacted the manager nothing was done to refund my money, I had to contact their District Mngr who solved my issue immediately he refunded my money no questions asked, I tried giving them a second chance almost a year after, big mistake! I went there, waited for about 25 mins for my drink, got in my car drove off, got on the fwy, took a sip of my drink and found out they gave me the wrong drink, called in the employee was so rude and said it was not their fault, she said they place the orders on the table that's it and basically said I took someone else's drink, someone who ordered the same size of drink and with the same name as mine, wth?, I thought Starbucks took pride on high level of customer service, well not at this store, I won't bother coming here again, and yes I second that bring Coffee...
