Dear Employee Jessica, on JAN. 8 @ 8:41PM, you shouldn't have been rude to me and my pregnant wife. Your attitude with my pregnant wife was so bad for this business. You need to work on your customer service skills or quit working to serve customers. YOU were supposed to serve me. I didn't see that today. You made my wife upset. first of all, you kept rushing us. I don't like to be rushed. You gave us tacos with chile, which we didnt want. We asked for tacos without chile. THEN, you gave us old tacos without chile. My wife tried to tell you but you completely ignored her request. She asked for 4 ranch, two for her and two for me. You arguably said no that we couldn't have 4 ranch. Are you kidding me? You continued to argue no to my wife when she asked for 4 ranch. You gave us OLD tacos and couldn't have the decency to give us 4 ranch!? We saw you rolling your eyes and the other two employees laughing. Why were you guys laughing and smiling?, because my wife has a deaf voice and can't speak as well as hearing people can? What was funny? I am calling the corporate office on you. I saved my receipt and everything. We are deaf but not dumb. Never come back here again. Horrible service for us deaf couple. So rude....

The team Aiden, Samantha, and Rosio are highly motivated and show their dedication to this establishment through their work ethic. Food was ready within minutes of ordering and still asked and or offered if there was anything else I may need to please not hesitate to ask.
Cleanliness was spot on both inside and outside to include restrooms and maintained on a daily basis.
This is by far one of the few establishments Iโve come to where the team works together as a unit and maintain the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food preparation.
This establishment sets the standard and continues to raise the bar in what customer service, Food preparation, Cleanliness, and What a friendly environment should be.
I will gladly come here every weekend.

I order 8 Large French Fries for my Grandchildren and a Kind of New Employee there gave me 3 ranch sauce. I asked her if I could please get some more Ranch Sauce ? She said with a rude voice, No I cannot give you any more, She went on to say that she could only give me 3. I told her the older ladies working there (who are all very nice) would give me a couple more for my Grandchildren. She said No I'm sorry I cannot give you any more (with a rude voice) and SHUT THE WINDOW. I have been going there for 25 years and I WILL NOT BE BACK !! ALMOST 30.00 IN FRENCH FRIES. (8 LARGE FRIES) AND I AM ONLY GIVEN 3 RANCH SAUCES FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN..I spoke to my Neighbors who told me that they stop going there a while back because the Newer Young girls are so Rude...Jack in the box Owners your losing Customers because of your rude YOUNGER...
