I don't know where to start. I went to this location and hat the worst experience. My Grandchildren were with me. They love Chipotle. On 6/17/25 @ 530pm, I walked in with 3 ppl ahead of me. I patiently waited to be served. However, the server started to clean the counters, which I had no problem with. I patiently waited. When she was done with that task, she walked to the back, never acknowledging me. I continued to wait as she walked past me 2 more times as if I didn't exist. My Grandchildren then asked, Grandma, why isn't she taking our order? I then saw her coming from the back and thought, okay she's ready to assist us. Nope, I was wrong. She then proceeded to remove a container from the selection of items. Still never acknowledging us. I couldn't take it anymore. I said, excuse me, I have been patiently waiting and allowed you to do several task without once acknowledging me or just simply stating, I'll be right with you. Are you ready to take my order? At this time a gentleman walks from the back and ask what happened. I proceed to tell him and I was taken back by his response. He agreed that she should've acknowledged me then says, but do you have to be rude?! I was shocked to say the least! I said, I'm rude?! I decided to keep my peace instead of using a few choice words. I had my Grandchildren with me and felt that's the energy he wanted. Not today Satan! I left. However, contacting the corporate office wasn't much help. Poor customer service is a choice! When the second server came around their queso was almost gone and she gave around half a scoop of queso. Asked for a little more (only because if we’re paying for the queso, we should get the full scoop? Right??) the cashier heard and saw the exchange and proceeded to charge for a whole extra side of queso. Though the added amount was still only a half scoop! When asked to refund the second extra charge of queso he said “no need to get so mad, you’re making a big scene over nothing.” There was no big scene, no drama. Took a second and third bite. It’s super salty. Like beyond salty where I cannot finish it. I cannot pin point what it is, I don’t want to. It left me feeling nasty. The chips were more burned tasting than anything too. I tried to call directly but goes to a call center. Took a while just to be able to speak with someone there too. Now I gotta send them an email with the receipt attached. So I have to wait for a response now.
