Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Fontana

For me the experience was weird. I did not like how the employees do not wear a uniform. It felt odd to me ordering from somebody who didn't represent the company. Also, it made me feel uneasy like my confidential credit card information was going to someone walking around with a tablet while not really sure if they work there. But the icing on the cake was when I went to go pick up my drink, the guy who handed it to me was wearing a tank top and his sweaty armpits were exposed, and I felt like his perspiration leaked on to my drink. The “Bro-ista” tipped herself 15% without my knowledge/consent which really didn’t sit right with me. I always tip regardless so I’m not as upset as some others would be BUT to try to be sly and do it without permission is inappropriate and disrespectful. Other than her, I like this Dutch - The line usually moves swifty and people are usually nice/helpful. Never had any major complaints until today.

I tried Dutch Bros for the first time about 5 days ago and I've been here 3 times already. The service is fast, even faster with the app. There's plenty of choices to choose from. They'll sometimes give you stickers as well when purchasing. My current go to is the Iced Protein Latte.
