Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fontana

I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru. I would have left if there weren't three cars behind me. The girl that took my order just said, "Go ahead" without greeting me or anything. Then I just waited after I ordered because she didn't give me the total or ask if the order was correct on the screen, so I just pulled forward. She didn't hear part of the order, which we didn't notice until we pulled away, and I was not going to wait another 15 minutes to fix it.

That being said, my guest reported that the Buttery Jack was the best he'd ever had, and my Chicken Fajita Pita was fantastic, loaded with hot chicken and smothered with grilled onions and veggies.

Weirdly, we received paper towels instead of napkins. They didn't affix the drink top, so we almost had a disaster in the car, but my guest caught it just in time. And the fries were from the bottom of the basket. Mostly great food for a Jack-in-the-Box, but not very good...

Stay in your lane ..... I purchased your promo items Food Truck inspired Sandwiched. I had your Steak and Pork Belly sandwiches and both sandwiches lacked in portions as well as presentation. Both sandwiches were wrapped up ,, I tried both methods of dining Drive Thru

Just to see if presentation would differ from one of the above mentioned. The outcome was disappointing. Both sandwiches were smashed upon the unwrapping.

The Pork Belly sandwich was more like a overpriced BLT with [2] Two small strips of thick cut bacon morphed by lettuce and tomato . Really ?? I had better BLT's and Pork Belly sandwiches from real food trucks and this promotion is more about HYPE,, especially if you have not had a sandwich from a food truck.

If I could give NO stars, I would. This Jack N the Box served RAW chicken nuggets but I didn't find out until I got home. I called to advise I would like to come back and have them replaced. When I returned I was met with an attitude after asking for both new 10 pieces to be well done (I'M the one who was inconvenienced and had to drive back, why are THEY mad?). I reached home to find out that AGAIN the nuggets were half-cooked, and to add insult to injury one of my 10 pieces only had NINE! I called to express my dissatisfaction and asked for a manager. The manager KARINA was very RUDE and didn't even bother to offer an apology. She promptly told me I could fill out the online survey and simply repeated her name. I'll drive farther for better service....
