I was greeted right away. I arrived 7 minutes after requested pickup time. My pizzas were not waiting for me in the warmer oven. The woman who greeted me when back to find out status of order. She was in the back speaking with coworkers, some of these coworkers were not wearing masks. She walked around the back for at least 5 minutes before returning to tell me that she was only able to locate 1 of the pizzas and she would refund me for the other. I told her that the pizza that she was unable to locate was for someone else and that was the one I definitely needed. After another 3-5 minutes, the pizza was found. By this time, both pizzas were no longer hot. They had just been sitting around, somewhere??? I had ordered extra cheese on 1 of the pizzas. There were areas of that pizza that had NO cheese and the sauce on the pizza was almost non-existent. I brought this to her attention. She gave me a small discount. I should have told her that I no longer wanted order at that time, because when I finally got the pizza home it was very cold and had to be reheated. Read moreOrdered thru the app about a month ago to pick up and my order was given to me incomplete. I called and was told that I could go pick up my missing wings. I refused since i was already home and asked if they could put a credit or if they could deliver them. I was told that next time i order just call and the credit will be there for me to add on the wings. Today I make an order again thru the app and call the store to add the wings on and after the person on the phone consulted with someone and had me on hold for 10 minutes he gets back on the phone and says I have a balance when I pick up my order. (Mind you I payed thru the app in full and have the confirmation). He proceeded telling me I have a balance and attempted to hang up so i asked for a manager who conveniently isn't available. Never again will i order from pizza hut. I wasn't given my full order to begin with. This is the fault of the store! Now they are not honoring what is owed to me. BS to say the least. I'll stick with Papa John's from now on. They actually make an effort to right their mistakes...
Read moreI called to check on my order 50 minutes after ordering and was told that I had just ordered it 10 minutes ago but it was on its way. I called back several times after waiting another 40 minutes and was able to get through after the 4 call. The store called the driver and I was told the order was delivered to the wrong address. They would remake it and deliver it right away with an estimate of 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called again and talked to the manager who informed me that the replacement order was set up as a pickup and that they would be sending it right away. I live 8 minutes away. From placing my order to actually recieving it 3 hours had past and was missing parts. All I can say is that if you have an order with an issue that you are trying to fix and keep your customers happy there should be a way to mark it in the system as a priority or escalated issue so that whoever is in charge can take ownership and responsibility for ensuring they are representing your brand the way you would want them to and not allow multiple issues on a...
