They do excellent in speeding up getting them done and they seem being good getting there orders right ana life how they repeat after if order correct before making them!! . . That's awesome of them!! (2yrs ago people)
What use to be 2 yrs ago ain't no longer the same. Different staff now, plus they do seemed careless. When serving the coffee. Plus in that same place i recall few weeks back and I'm sure he is still working there, but besides to my today's bad experience that one particular guy is in sure tall, died hair and his body language speaks no I'm a she. Had my empty cup in his hand while chasing with his friend while I'm waiting already knowing I've done a mobile order Anna past the estimated time stayed on my app. I'm sure he saw i was frustrated Anna in sure he didn't liked my crossed arm waiting staring at him waiting wondering if he is going to start my Frappuccino Anna i asked for who. Lol He put this puny mountain looking whip. . I was like oh wow!!!😳 . . All i food is ordered on my app and go there in good timingas stayed in my app. Anna this is the kind of service i received. . . . Anna today's was also that they toil so long past estimated (in soo gla i didn't had to head to work or else these people be killing me waiting for my drink😵😵😵) . . But after the price we are all getting charged yet prices still seem going up on all of us, i just wish they'd poured in the cup and fill it up to it's worth the price we keep getting charged, it's all!!! . . Anna actually abiding what the customer orders. Like today i offered no foam Anna they still let the foam in and closed it because in guessing they such in a rush, they just want to move on to the next huh? But it's already been known when signing up for it (working there) everything has its time which is how it's estimated on the app that i still dum enough to follow beleiving...
Read moreOn Sunday January 4 2015 I called this Starbucks to place an order. The guy that helped me over the phone said my Pike roast traveler would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later to this location to pick up my order. When I entered it was pretty slow. There was no one in line and there was about 3 people sitting down drinking coffee. As I waited in line for my order I was not greeted by anyone. When this guy finally came over to take my order he did not look happy. I informed him that I was there to pick up my order that I placed over the phone. He rolled his eyes and yelled at a young lady behind him and asked if she had started my traveler. She informed him that she would start it right away. I also added an oatmeal to my order. The guy didn't ask me which oatmeal I wanted. He took my card, swiped it and just walked away. I decided to sit down and they called me over to get my oatmeal. I went over to pick it up and informed them that I wanted a blue berry oatmeal. The guy that had taken my over walked over gave me the blueberries and rudely said "You ordered a regular oatmeal but I'll still give you blueberries". After taking my blueberries I asked another person if I could speak to a manager. The person I asked replied to me that the guy that took my order was the shift leader. I'm shocked and disgusted that the guy that took my order was a shift leader and was so disrespectful. Not once did this shift leader apologize for not having my order ready or his rudeness. In addition, when he took my order he did not ask me which oatmeal I wanted. He just walked away after swiping my card. I will never go back to this Starbucks location. 1/19/25 Just today again little before 1pm Girl in the Drive-Thru with big huge tattoo on her left side of her face to her arms was there and I'm not sure if she's the one that took my order but I know that I asked without any phone please and she said no I can't and then a male voice which I'm guessing it's the manager there basically trying to tell me that "we don't do that anymore because it comes w/the foam sorry" . . That sounds like the same guy's voice I heard on that same night after I said I know that there was a classic taste inside that Frappuccino (how is he going to tell me I don't recognize the taste after several times of me ordering that damn drink😒🙄) he was trying to tell me "no I'm wrong" he defends his own employees in spite of the lies. .
