I ordered over the phone to my local pizza restaurant. I should have told my son when he went in to get the pizza that it's under the name of Bob. Instead he said Robert so the clerk gave my son Roberto's order. As we drove away I wondered why I had a pizza and some other items. I opened the box and there was pizza bites in there. I ordered breadsticks. And there was also hot wings. I looked in the box and the pizza was a pepperoni. I ordered a deluxe. We went back to the store and there was a fiasco with whether or not they believed I was the purchaser. My son came out to the car and asked for my driver's license so he could show it to the store employee so we can get my pizza. Once this was done I finally got my pizza. My son chose to keep the pizza bites and the hot wings because of the ordeal. It was My son's fault for giving the wrong name in the first place but the store should not have carried it so far as to ask for my driver's license to prove I was the one that bought the pizza. They should have just gave me my deluxe pizza and I gave them back the pepperoni and we would have been on our way. I was told online that the pizza would be ready at a certain time. We got there and it wasn't ready because my son had given the wrong name. Just a big mix-up. One wrong in so many rights does not...

The "assistant manager" was completely rude to my wife so I called the store. He hung up on me twice and refused to give his name to me. All I wanted was a refund for an order that hadn't even been started yet. I called again and he lied and said he was the manager. Upon asking to speak to the actual manager he hung up yet again. Here we are four days later and the amount has still not been refunded. His attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As anyone higher in position than merely a crew member I expect exemplary customer service from you. And you did not deliver sir. Just for simply lying to me about your position as manager you should be terminated immediately and the position should go to someone who can actually handle a disgruntled customer appropriately. The second pizza is stuffed crust and if you look closely you can see how sloppy the pizza was cut. more than half the pizza was cut like small mini triangles and the pizza was undercooked. They offered me a refund, which hasn't shown up on my account yet. but I'm never ordering from little Ceasars again. This is the 3rd time that the fontana location has disappointed me with their quality of food.
