China Cook — Restaurant in Fontana

I have been coming here for some time but I definitely won't return. The food isn't the best but it's not so bad. But the service these ladies give is something else, they are so rude and have no respect or value towards their customers. I purchased a side of kung pao chicken so I requested peanuts. The lady said she didn't have any, at the moment I asked her to ask the cooks she mumbled something to him and repeated to me she had none. Instantly when the man turned into the kitchen and returned with the peanuts she gave him a look like he was really in trouble. So I simply asked her if I could have a few for my order she didn't want to. She wanted to charge me 50 cents because she was going to hand them to me in a separate container. The 2 oriental ladies and 1 Spanish speaking lady were very rude and just started yelling at me. I most definitely will never return to a place where people do not know how to treat...

Cockroach!!!!!!!! Roach!!!!!! My mother loves this place so she convinces me to try it come to find a giant roach in her steamed rice. Not only that one lady very kind asked if we wanted a replacement or a refund. While we barely had started to eat I could not for the life of me continue to eat anything else so I said full refund except the soda. The coworker raised her voice” if you didn’t want it why did you order it” and I told her I’m not going to eat somewhere with cockroaches! Said it sound enough for two people in line to walk out. If i could give it a 0 ratings, I would. Im very lenient and easy going with people who work in the food industry because I have worked there myself, but the lady working here was beyond rude. Not only did she yell at my mom, but also refused to serve steam rice and fried rice together. While ringing us up she started talking to her co-worker making dirty face at us. At last our total was $6.45. I gave her 21.50. She refused my 50 cents and gave me nothing but coins back. Seriously what was her problem?
