Crumbl — Restaurant in Forest Acres

I am happy that so many people had a great experience here! I, however, did not. Please see the attachments for an explanation of my experience. Also, note the owner's, Brooke Finn's response. Also, I am not sure if addressing me as Malala was a genuine typo or a racial issue (I sure hope not, Mrs. Finn!). Either way, my name was clearly printed at the bottom of the email and the lack of attention to detail demonstrates unprofessionalism, which makes sense, I suppose, considering how operations are in this facility (employees do not have problem solving skills nor the ability to simply look for a prepaid, boxed item)

Do not try contacting the owner directly as it will be unbelievably unhelpful and not even make sense? Like why is there an app dedicated to ordering ahead if according to Brooke...ordering ahead is not possible. It is not that difficult to just admit being wrong and rectify an issue.

I did escalate this to Crumbl HQ and they were so helpful! Rectified my issue in no time and offered to monitor the store. Hopefully, things change for the better. Until then, I will be taking my business...

First off, the rotating menu is genius. It keeps things exciting because you never know what flavors they'll drop each week. The cookies are HUGE, like share-with-a-friend huge (or not, I won't judge). They're soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. The presentation is on point too. Each cookie is carefully placed in that signature pink box, making it feel like a special treat.

But let's be real, not every flavor is a winner. Some are too sweet, others are a bit dry, and a few just don't live up to the hype. But when they nail a flavor, they NAIL it. Also, these cookies are definitely a splurge. They're not cheap, but for a once-in-a-while treat, they're worth it.

Overall, Crumbl is a fun experience. It's more than just a cookie; it's a whole vibe. From the anticipation of the weekly menu to that first bite of a warm, gooey cookie, it's a sweet adventure. Just be prepared for some hits and misses...

Ordered thru DoorDash. Multipack specifically 4 pack. Dasher that delivered cookies at job was terrific, however my issue was with the manager. I called the store and I was able to speak with the manager named Brook. I informed the manager that I wanted the cookies to be boxed separately. She informed me at first that she wasn’t able too then she stated that she was going too. When I received cookies it was packaged in the multipack. I was upset about it because she told me that she would’ve been able to boxed separately. I shared the three cookies with my fellow coworkers they stated cookies were good, however I ordered the Peanut Butter cookie and when I bite into cookie there was a strand of hair. Site is so so good, but can be better. I was also able to tip the driver, but in the event of this I sometimes hate too because of the overall service that was provided. Hopefully better...
