I ordered 3 Arby's classic roast beef sandwiches, and within seconds (I kid you not) these professionals handed me my order. Zero wait time, zero hassle and 100% efficiency paired with customer service. As a business major and someone who has worked a multitude of fast-food positions I commend this amount of production. Whomever is working this corporate page of evaluation and analysis needs to find out who these staff members and manager/managers are under for the exact store and the precise time I ordered this food from, after that give them one heck of a bonus on top of a raise in their hourly wage. Service like this is simply unmatched in every other fast-food experience I have met so far in my life. To shed some background they had a full drive through, a half-full dining area, and me and my partner taking up half of their parking lot (in a boom-truck). Commend them, promote them, and pay them for a remarkable feat of service, cleanliness, and THE most admirable workspace I have ever witnessed in a fast-food restaurant. This branch and the employees working there deserve the highest recognition and the greatest reward for their services rendered. I never write reviews so take this into...
Read moreThe new country style rib sandwich is advertised to be available at Arby’s. My mother went to this Arby’s and ordered two at the drive-thru. Once she arrived at the window to pay and pick up her two sandwiches and 2 orders of fries, she was told that they did not have the sandwiches to make her. To be fair a new employee was running the register at the window, however when my mother inquired as to why she was allowed to order the sandwiches, the employee told her that she was not sure. My mother asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were on vacation. Then another employee came to the window and rudely asked my mother if she wanted anything else that she had ordered and when my mother said no, the employee in a very condescending voice shooed my mother away. I can attest that mother was being as polite as possible to the employees, as she had me on speaker the entire time this was happening. We all know that places are short staffed but there is no need to be rude to customers who are not being rude to you. Perhaps if this Arby’s is unable to hire employees who do not scold customers or help fellow employees out when they are new, it...
Read moreThe food at this location is consistently good, and we go there fairly regularly. My only complaint, and the only reason I don't give them a full 5 star review, is because they sometimes have a tendency to skimp on the condiments. Example: I went there the other day for their "2 fish sandwiches for $5" deal, and both had only a small smear of tartar sauce on one side. One bun left dry, and the other bun given only half of the amount of tartar sauce necessary to reasonably cover the bun. The sandwich was still good...the fish was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the buns both perfectly soft, with the shredded lettuce nice and fresh. So just adding some of my own tartar sauce at home made it perfect. But it would have been better if they'd just done it right in the first place. They often do the same with the mayo on their chicken sandwiches. Otherwise, the food there is great. Just know you might need to supplement the condiments when you get...
