I would have said McDonald's on Broadway or anywhere was an all right place you know, especially for kids and younger folks and my older 58 years that upset my tummy sometimes nowadays. But anywho and unfortunately it's not just this business but every business in the world it seems like where the quality of customer service or whatever it is. They're producing and selling has just went to pot. They are literally scraping The bottom of the barrel. Mcdonald's starts this app thing where you get your points and you can get some free stuff on days when you're completely broke. But as I was walking in their store today, I chose the deal to use at the store and by the time I got to get up to the counter because there were a lot of people there. And yes I know people. We have had a hard time this last week but McDonald's pushes you to use their app but if it goes away that number goes away before you get to the counter. They expect you to wait 9 minutes before you can use a deal again. And I'm sorry McDonald's is not the original Calabash restaurant and I am certainly not going to wait for 9 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches at a $2 a piece. I just think McDonald's is went a little bit over their head at this thinking and Lord knows it ain't just McDonald's but seriously anybody think they going to wait 10 minutes for a $4 order? I don't think so. And you know folks, there's a lot more of us than there are of companies that have lots of money. We should start demanding if we have to pay record inflation with record profits. Which anybody with two brain cells in their head knows that is an oxymoron that contradicts itself because you cannot have record inflation if you're getting record profits. Anyhow, if we have to pay McDonald's we should at least get the ultimate consumer service. If you want us to use an app have somebody in the store working at all times that can figure it out and know how to get you back to your original number because it didn't go nowhere. It just wasn't seen on my phone. Now I will get off my high horse and shut up. But yeah if companies don't understand their service is crappy at best and we should not settle for it if they're charging us an arm elect in our first born grandchild for a crappy...

Read moreI visit this location a lot and I normally have no complaints however, tonight I do. We rode bikes to McDonald's only to discover the lobby is Closed due to lack of staff. Okay, I've stood here a d counted 8 yes EIGHT employees behind the counter horseplaying and having a blast while myself and two other families stood watching. You say you being on bicycles it's kind of hard to go through the drive-thru and with this many McDonald's employees I don't see how someone sitting down in this lobby would be so hard for eight people. They already can't take orders at a register anymore or wash trays. What the hell is going on here?? This new location is owned by Stanton enterprises and I must say the changes with this new Enterprise have proven negative a d surely money is being lost. If you cannot serve the customer what do you have? Nothing.
