A local joint but flavors of a world renound class. I'm not a BBQ expert but all I know is me and my company were caught off guard at how delicious it was. We shared the BBQ combo and chose the 1/2 chicken and brisket. Succulent meats that melted in our mouths; the skin and feather tips were crispy and perfect, the cartleidge was chewy. All these things are the exact way I want them. The corn dog we started with was the best we have ever had as well. Not even a close 2nd. Sweet potatoes fries should be patented with their sauce, but to think we lied about having room for the salted caramel creme Brule and a scoop of ice cream was not a dissapointment. The dessert was obnoxiously decadent and I'm not a foodie or gourmet frequenter or a Google rater who sells things. I'm just giving credit where credit was due. Noteworthy was the service staff who shared duties and delivered on time and was happy to get the requests met and follow up. These are so important and a waiter and bartender I was for 10 years so I'm picky. We felt appreciated and taken care of. Love your choice of music decorations, it's the icing on the cake that's my era and literally have every albums music but 3 in my own collection. We only want confirmation on the wall painting please. We saw Steven Tyler, Tom Petty, Mick Jagger, Stevie Nicks, Bob Marley, and it's a coin toss between Bon Jovi and Ritchie Sambura OR 2 fellows from Boston was my 1st guess. Help...

We came for a belated Father’s Day and the food was good. The disappointment came when we accidentally left a to go container on the table when we went out to the patio to finish our drinks. We did tell the waitress we were going to the patio and when we realized we left the box on the table (it contained a half rack of ribs) we went back in to grab it and she said sorry, the table has been bussed and seemed irritated to be bothered. We were gone only a few minutes and she knew we were outside (we told her we were going to the patio). If a box of leftovers is left on the table, you can’t hold the food to the side for 10 minutes for the folks who forget for a moment? What if I had just went to the restroom and didn't want to take the food in the bathroom? Too bad so sad? Very disappointing and lost a meal for later. Should have asked for a refund I suppose. The food was good but the waitress was impatient and a little rude and no regard for the loss or a 20.00 plate of food because we hadn’t returned to the table yet. Just inconsiderate. Sure, we should have just grabbed it at the time but the whole experience was rushed and little regard for a large leftover container that hadn’t been grabbed from a table we sat at that she knew we were still there. We left a large tip and she still threw away...

When we got 3/4 of our drinks our waiter told us there was no brisket. Sad because half the menu is mixed with it. 5 minutes later we got out last beer. We decided we were going to order. So we order and wait. A table is sat behind us. The one confront of us gets food, they get told "sorry about the wait. We suddenly got a lot of take out orders." Odd, shouldn't you take care of the seated patrons first... more than half an hour after we placed a order, with out anyone coming to explain to us the wait or ask if we need anything; we get our food. The frys had no salt, the ribs and frys and the chicken sandwich where cold, the ribs and pork sandwich were dry. The pork sandwich 'jammer' was the hottest item we had served us. My plate was the second hottest thing we got served. Our waiter said he grabbed it as soon as it was ready. Making us wonder how long it was siting before then. There was 4 of us. It was not crowded, maybe half the seats open midafternoon. And to top it off the waiter made no move to adjust the already over priced bill. Over $60.

I see so many people: "hats off to Phil," sounds like his friends leaving reviews because how do you just know who is the owner of the place the first time you go there, or why do you...

The restaurant is tugged in at a small parking lot, kinda difficult to see from the road. The staffs are friendly and they sure have blasting ACs. The environment is 80s rock themed. The food was delicious and the ribs really do fall of the bones, highly recommended. The burnt ends were really flavorful. The chicken was nice and moist but could use a bit more seasoning. The smoked links were delicious, got the perfect amount of seasoning. The pork shoulders a bit underwhelming as compared to the other food they serve, a bit too salty to my taste. The coleslaw was really nice, it's a bit different than the regular coleslaw since the dressing is vinegar based. Really nice and refreshing, especially when eaten with greasy food like BBQ. Oh and let me remind you, the portion here is BIG! So come hungry

Ok, so I know the plates show half eaten food. But we couldn't help ourselves. When the food came I totally forgot to snap a photo before digging in. My husband says the triple threat burger is the best burger he has ever had (and he has tried a lot of burgers.) I had the fish and chips and the fish was so moist and flavorful. One of the kids got the chicken strips and those were also very good and my other son got the corn dog which for only like $4 is huge!! We have since been back and I ordered the chicken ceasar salad and it was also good. My husband had the wings, he was not a fan of the hottest one it wasn't hot enough and the sauce had a weird almost applesauce texture. I'd have to say just pick something new each time I bet you will like all they have to offer.

Edit: I originally ate there a couple years ago and I rated it the best food I’d had in my life. Well for my birthday this year we returned and everything was average at best. All the meats seemed to share the same sauce and were overcooked and dry. This time the Mac n cheese tasted good, but it was probably the same as before when it was overshadowed by the other delicious offerings. I’ll assume a different cook or budget cuts but won’t be returning. For a $140 meal, it better be fantastic. ————————————- Previous review BEST FOOD I’VE HAD IN MY LIFE!!!! Each of the different meats on the BBQ Sample platter had its own distinctive delicious flavor. Best ribs, chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and sausages I’ve ever had! The sweet potato fries were AMAZING too!
