Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT RECYCLED FOOD!!! I ordered two stuffed crust pretzel pizzas got regular pepperoni, stuffed crust pizzas. I had Pull the pizza apart, so I could see what sauce was on it and when I realized it was wrong, so I sent my Brother to show them. The guy then sells the pizza to another man that walks in. My brother was so shocked. He got back in the car and told me everything that happened. I was very shocked as well because I touched it and you could clearly tell the pizza was pulled apart. I went inside to see if that was Actually, true because I am very ill right now And that would be Disgusting for somebody else to get. I asked this girl if she had sold the pizzas we had brought back and she smiles and says yes.??? I say “ Oh my God that is so unsanitary is there anyway I could speak to a manager because somebody can get ill from that” She then goes your order is almost done. I say it’s not even about the order it’s about customer safety. She doesn’t want to get the manager, and says he’s busy. I understand and tell her it’s OK. I could wait. She then realizes I’m not leaving so the man comes out and says how can I help you? I explained what’s going on and he gets mad at me and tells me I should have told him that we had touched the pizzas. I told him I didn’t expect them to sell Pizza that had already left the store. I ask him if I could speak to someone else because he is not helping me and just being rude. He walks away And both people start ignoring me. I then try to talk to the girl (Cathy or ithati i don’t remember )and ask her if There is anyone else I could speak to higher up and she starts getting rude with me as well and telling me that I could call the number and I’m explaining to her I’ve already Tried to. She that gives me A fake number that goes to voicemail straight away. I ask if they have a general manager And she says the guy (Eric/Jose because they kept giving me different names) is the general manager But he had said he was just a manager, so I asked to speak to him again and he didn’t want to speak to me, so my Brother had to raise his voice to get the guy in the back supposedly the general manager, Jose to talk to us. He tells us he’s just a manager and that his general manager will be there tomorrow morning. I tell him I don’t have time to come back if I could just get a number or a name. they go onto ignore us and js smile. I tried to talk to them so many times after and they js ignored me and were very rude. When I asked the girls at the front for a gm name or that rude manager name she said she didn’t know. LIKE HOW DONT U KNOW WHO U WORK WITH?!?!? I can’t BELIVE MANAGEMENT shows their staff thats how they run that place!! After he walks away, I ask him just for the general manager’s name because I just want to speak to someone else at that point. Since they were ignoring me, I try to speak to this little Mexican lady in the back, and she tried to help me And that’s how I got their names, but once he realized im not leaving after being there for 30 minutes and give me his Gm number. It’s sad that it went that far and I can’t BELIVE thats how little Cesar’s runs their business....

The phone number you have to contact in this establishment is useless and that already has at least around 9 or 10 months that I have realized so to be able to make an order to be able to pick up and do not waste time ... You can check it (call and you will find out for yourself) THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK. And the machine that you have in the front even customers arrive who have to ask for their pizza because they have not yet delivered it to the place when they are even given a time to pick it up because it is only to pick up that system through the page online ... and if you ask for the manager of the store they only tell you that in a moment he will attend you and it takes longer than the pitzza to leave which is 15 minutes but in reality if it goes well it is 20 minutes to leave but The pitzza because the manager will continue counting the minutes to leave. I have never had to wait so long for an online order at a little ceasar’s. I waited almost 30 minutes for an online order and people kept going in and out faster than my order did. I know it’s expected for a few to do that but a whole 30 minutes and people coming out with 3-5 pizzas??? All I wanted was one pepperoni pizza and the crazy bread combo. When I finally walked in, I still had to wait at the back of the line. If it wasn’t for a worker that walked in that I asked about it I would’ve had to wait even longer. When I asked for the order they took it out of the pizza portal… that pizza had sat there for over 15 minutes. So not only did I wait for that long of a time, they didn’t even think to let me have a fresh pizza. The pizza was cold and stiff when I got home in which I had to just make different food plans and throw it out. Ridiculous. I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone to get a confirmation that...
