Nva again!!!! Ok, where should I start?? š¤ The unorganized management team, the extremely long lines (both inside and outside), no parking lot attendees to direct traffic bc getting in/out is so tight, or the ridiculous parking lot that's in deplorable conditions full of broken asphalt and potholes 2' deep that will either bust a hole in either yr tires/rims??!!
Last Sun 3/23/25, me and about 15 ppl decided to try out the Sun Brunch. When I read it was an AYCE Buffet w/ crablegs should've known it was something that would come with it!!! Just can't have it all! š¶āš«ļø Be careful bc easy to miss the turn into the parking lot on right if it's yr first time attending! They should have a big directional sign for this purpose! First red flag.āļø Second, be careful turning in bc the broken pieces of asphalt and potholes will damage yr car if you don't drive very slowly! was in SUV, fortunately wasn't in my car bc I blv it wouldn't done some damage. Third, when we walked up, there was 2 lines. We were confused and everyone else. So we just followed as most would have done being first-timers. Some random person told us to go to other line bc we bought the $40 tickets to avoid waiting in line! Got there about 11:15...started at 12pm. To my surprise, we waited and waited and waited some more probably totaling 45 mins! 𤨠During the wait, noticed workers, dancers, band members, etc was walking in sporadically. Seems to me they were running behind which they should've been there 2 hrs prior to set up before the crowd came! Fourth, some guy finally came out the door and yelled, "the no wait tickets are in this line and the $10 tickets are on this side!" So unprofessional and unorganized!!! š«£ I'm sorry but my people!!š It was funny to see all those ppl running to the other side only to get to the back of the line to start over! Finally, we got in! We'll, here comes the wait to get our food too...extremely LONG lines. By this time I was so hungry, but blocked it out my mind to try and enjoy the experience! About 45 mins later, got to buffet and we got scraps of eggs and bacon from the edge of the pan! The grits and sausage gravy was about the only decent food. I got some mini, thin pancakes...they were ok. Luke warm...the biscuits were solid, rock hard!!! Looking for crablegs (which was clearly listed on the flyer) they were all gone! Terrible!!! On top of that, they were stingy with the food prob bc they knew they were about to run out! It was such a disappointing experience we all had...sad to say for all that trouble we went through to get to that point! Hardly no where to sit comfortably...I'm tired of writing at this point! Oh almost forgot, the band did a great job, but I couldn't focus bc I was so annoyed with everything else!
My takeaway: If it seems too good to be true, 9 times out of 10, it probably isn't!! Management if yall wanna keep this going, better make some major adjustments!! Yall got the crowd, but it's extremely unorganized and unprofessional!! Stop putting the money before your customers! Turn this around and put yr customers first and the money will then come before you lose them. Stop being cheap and hire a prkg lot attendant to direct traffic! Last, yall need to repair those gigantic potholes and huge, broken pieces of asphalt in the parking lot!! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves!! Don't wait for someone to sue for car damages or someone trip over them and severely get hurt to do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first and last time 6/23/23 visiting this landmark in ATL. A group of 12 of us went to celebrate a groomsmen who was getting married the next day. Let me start off by saying the whole deal seem very shading which was the booking/staff!!! So we purchased a section for $1500 that required a $400 deposit which had to be paid via cash app, so boom the money was sent. Then a couple days before we was scheduled to attend the event some one texted my guys group wanting the remaining balance of $1100 to also be sent via cash but peep this?! This time they asked for it to be sent to another individual. Well we didnāt feel comfortable sending that kind of money, not only to another person from the original POC, but they wanted it sent also via cash app!!! We decline and ask could the remaining balance be paid when we arrive at the club KOD ATL. The section we purchased supposed to have came with 5 VIP Bottles of our choice. When brought to out section which was so damm tight with peeling black leather sofas, ate up looking wood end tables, we just sat down. The bottle girls come over and requested another $1100 dollars for the bottle service. At that point we was OVER IT and needed to speak to the owner of whoever just collected this $1500, of course the people at the club wanted to verify the phone number we were communicating with and they tried calling him or whoever! Only to get NO answer. So this one Caucasian Male said he would honor the text and they bought us 4 bottles instead of 5!!!! Ok now itās time to get some $1ās yall, how about they minimum requirement is $100, then they take a service charge of 20% for every $100 you spend. So itās you give them $100 and they give you back $80 in 1ās boy was I pissed!!! Straight Scammers then if you prefer to get your 1ās from your section host itās an additional $5 leaving a person that gave $100, you get $75 in 1ās!!!!! Total Rip Off then half the dancers look like teenagers & a hot mess!!!! The rest of the dancers were bad built, big bellies, big dents in the booty and hair looking a mess! Clean your people thatās suppose to be making you money UP!!! KODATL It was only 1 bad dancer by the name of Red that got all our money. The regular parking lot was very dark and over priced at a rate of $20 with over size pot holes and it was wet and muddy. Listen yāall one last thing $25 for 10 bite size hot wings and fries is very much overpriced. Shut the whole operations DOWN!!!!! Scammers, GHETTO & letās add Unprofessional!!!! Please people donāt waste your time going here!!!!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk so here is my review and why only 2 stars. First off the good. It was very clean and appeared to be well-managed. Everyone I talk to was friendly. They had some of the most beautiful talented dancers that I have seen in one place. If you dont believe me go and find out . The drinks were not to crazy expensive and they had some of the most beautiful bartenders that I have ever seen. The bad- first off it was $40 and up to park on the lot. They had some sort of shuttle thing that you pay $20 at an off-site spot. I believe the highest parking spot was $100. That's too much guys Second the music was too loud towards the end of the evening. Please don't get me wrong I enjoy loud music especially at these kind of events. The music selection was good the DJs were good. When I first arrived the volume was at a acceptable and good level. As the night went on the volume kept going up to the point that it was uncomfortable. It was so uncomfortable that was one of the reasons why I left when I did. When I left the level was so high that it was almost at a painful level. I probably would have spent some more time there if it didn't get that loud. Next the parking area again. It took me almost 20 minutes to get out. They had plenty of staff I believe out there in the lot however it is difficult to navigate yourself out of the parking lot. Somehow I ended up headed towards the entrance of the parking lot and had to turn around then someone help me and said follow them in a car because they were leaving. I was stopped and asked where I was going. They then told me to follow the arrows which took me to a dead end zone. Then finally I got out. Lastly not trying to pick on this but it doesn't make any sense to me when I was walking out. They have a very big entrance to the club. And I was walking out to leave and I had already made it outside. And they told me to go back in and go out a different door. I said I'm already outside what difference does it make?? They were very insistent that I go back inside and go out the exit door. My suggestions work on the parking lot issues that I explained. And please keep the volume at a loud but not uncomfortable level. You shouldn't have to scream in the ear of the person next to you in order to talk to them. You will find that more people will stay longer if you keep it at a lower level. When they stay longer they will spend more money. Thank you if you read my review. I do hope that you take my suggestions in strong consideration. This could be the best club in the A with a...
