I want to start off saying this establishment needs some real training when it comes to customer service. If I could give this location a negative rating I would. I ordered online and the doordash driver placed my food at the end of my driveway, in mud (requested no contact delivered to my DOOR). I called the location and a young man answered. Explained my problem and he said that he cannot help me and that he was sorry. I told him not to worry I’ll come up to the location to speak to a manager. Here is what happened once I arrived. Your manager at the forest park location, Dion Waller has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When the issue was brought to her attention she immediately tried to dismiss me and my fiancé. She started yelling telling us to go outside. I told Ms. Waller that I am not moving due to terrible service on their behalf and I was missing $20 worth of wings. All I asked for was a refund. She started yelling and unfortunately, she does not know how to control her anger. She kept arguing instead of assisting me. The entire staff stated that they have been super busy, which is not the problem, but dismissing my concern after waiting over an hour, is completely absurd. Ms. Waller then throws ALL of the cooked food onto the ground as she went towards the back. The police was called and they came (that’s how much yelling back and forth was involved). Your employee Michael was the ONLY person with some sense here. After 20 mins of arguing with your incompetent manager Dion, Mr. Michael processed me a refund. But that was ONLY after police presence. He deserves a raise and doesn’t deserve to have a TEAM member with that type of unstable mentality. Ms. Waller stated multiple threats which caused my fiancé to get in defense mode. All of this simply could have been avoided if she knew how to properly play her role as manager and fulfill the customers need. Read moreThey have terrible customer service. Today was our second time ordering from here and it will definitely be our last. The first time our order was wrong and today was no different. One of the three pizzas we ordered wasn't the bacon cheeseburger pizza which by the way wasn't even cut. So I called back up to the store to let them know and a lady picked up the phone and after telling her what happened she put me on hold and never came back. I was on hold for pretty much 10 minutes before a guy came to the phone and thought I was placing an order. I told him I wasn't and what the problem was so he said he can have the pizza delivered back out in 2 hours or we can have credit for a free pizza for next time. I told him to just have it delivered back out and asked for a free 2 liter for the inconvenience and he said no. I said why not when the pizza was wrong, not cut, and I was on hold for 10 minutes. I wasn't asking for nothing out of the ordinary or outrageous. I work in customer service myself so I try to make sure the customer is satisfied as long as it's reasonable which my request was. Then when the delivery lady came (which was a different person from the original older guy who delivered our food first) she proceeded to say the pizza was $21.59. Mind you the bacon cheeseburger pizza is on promo for $10 right now but my fiance and I told her it's supposed to be free because of what happened and she was lost and confused because by the looks of it the guy didn't tell her about our order before it was delivered. She then had an attitude with us and said we need the original pizza back and is it gone and so forth and I said that wasn't the agreement so again with her attitude she goes to her car to call the manager. Read moreHorrible customer service from The employee named DION(DEON) I placed an order online /received the text that it was ready .once I arrived I still had to pull up and wait 20 more mins -once I went inside to ask how much longer There was a male employee behind the ovens with a baseball cap on NO hair net with long dreads thinking it was funny I had to come in. The female name Deon was being very smart mouthed when I ASKED how much longer and why did the app notify Me that my order was ready -She started telling me the app sends out misinformation when tracking your order (Never happened before but ok) and I need to contact corporate. I told her I understood and she didn’t have to keep trying to explain and I just wanted my order- but yet she continued to keep being sarcastic and taking AT ME I reconfirmed I understood it was ok and I just wanted my order She then stated I don’t have to get smart(The audacity and she was the one being rude and smart mouthed) I tried to over look it but At this point I asked for a refund and corporate number -she refused to give me corporate number, she told me I had to goggle it.
