Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Forest Park

Too many young kids working the night shift that don't want to cook food to quality and provide PROFESSIONAL, EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Telling customers that they are not going to remake their food when they prepared it wrong from the beginning is beyond Amusing. I will Not repeat NOT being spending money at this location again. Since when does a sausage pizza come with 10 pieces of meat. Since the store manager or cook on duty that night decided she wanted to make my pizza how she wanted and then proceeds to tell me she'll make it over but it's going to be the same (meaning 10 pieces of sausage meat) and then says that how the sausage pizzas are made. Then not only did she have an attitude but she continued to roll her eyes as if it was my fault she doesn't like her job and can't make pizzas properly how she was trained. Not to mention how about this location stop hiring high school Kids PERIOD because someone is going to run their mouth to the wrong person at the wrong time about an order they probably didn't fix correctly and a whole lot of misunderstandings is going to take place. If I wanted to spend money for kids pizza and service I can go to Chuckie Cheese. Clearly that's where this location entire STAFF...

The pizza isn’t the problem…it’s the rudeness from this location.

Called Nov. 20th at 7:34pm (yes, I would LOVE for management to reference who was working this evening). For some reason, the Little Caesars app wasn’t processing my order, as I kept getting a recycled error message.

I called the store and told the young lady I would be placing an order from another state (for a party at a relative’s home). When I asked whether I could order and pay by phone from another state, she insisted I could only use the app for this. I told her the app wasn’t processing the order, nor was it allowing me to insert an apartment number. She retaliated and said, “Well ma’am, I can’t help you.” Mind you…we’re talking easily over $100 worth of pizza I was about to order. I then asked whether she could take just TWO seconds to assist me…so I wouldn’t have to carry my business to another location. However, the young lady fired back with a quick: “Well if THAT’S what you need to do, then…”

Listen…times are rough and businesses are extremely competitive. So, word to those at corporate: you may want to advise your employees at 819 Forest Pkwy not to deter business prospects because they’re too caught up to extend a...

I arrived before 8:30 pm and the doors were locked. So I got back in my vehicle and got in line to go to the drive through!!! The lady at the window stated she locked the doors early so she could clean up before they closed!!! I placed my order and she refused to give me my discount for my order!!! I paid her for the order and she keeps the change!!! When I got home my order was not correct and they did a lousy job in the preparation of my food the topping were less than normal and the bread sticks were not what I ordered!!! I tried to contact the location, but the phone line was constantly busy!!! But while I was there, they were not busy at all!!! There was a guy there that was counting the money in full view of the drive thru customers!!! I was very unhappy for the complete ordeal and for what was given to me that was totally an incorrect order!!! I spent over $20 dollars for a meal that was not what I wanted or what I ordered!!!. I do not recommend the Forest...
