I LOVE TWISTED ROLLS. This review is long overdue. I have been enjoying twisted rolls ice cream and floats for months. 😀😍 I absolutely love them and the owner. She puts up with all my ice cream flavor cravings and mixes. You can get it to go and store it in the freezer for plenty days of enjoyment. I do not eat regular ice cream anymore by choice. I wait until they are open and get my fix. 😋😋. It's the awesome taste of homemade ice cream, without all the time and personal physical work, but great flavor. I can't even drink regular milk due to lactose but her ice cream causes no problems, so don't worry it you have a milk issue. She has plenty of options for non- diary and you may want to give the ice cream a taste once it's worth it.😉🙂😉 I am looking forward to joining the ice cream members club 🥰😍 and tasting the new flavors a month. Hands down best ice cream in GA, especially metro Atlanta.

Rude, unprofessional, and ghetto. I'm glad that they are going out of business. Came in the middle of the day and there were no customers for a reason. Can't even handle something as simple as ice cream.

Updated: As you can see from the reply, everything that I said was correct. You can see the attitude and just how unprofessional they are. That's not how you handle business. The response was a whole paragraph and not once did the responder try to rectify anything. Also, they responded at 2:00am. A lot of free time with a failing business, I see. First off , I had to stand outside for 27 minutes. Take it nothing about this place looks Ice cream or kid friendly at all. The owner was very rude which is why I left and will not ever spend my money there . It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make ice cream . That means you don’t have a sufficient amount of help . And you definitely don’t have your customers waiting outside by the door telling them you’ll come get them when your ready talkin about “this is a twisted rolled ice cream shop it takes a while” .
