EDIT UPDATE: JULY 2021- After not coming to this store for a couple of years, I've been back here 4 times in the last 6 months. The store has ordered me pants, belt and a couple of other items for me for the last 6 months, left my number for them to call when they come in and they've yet to call. Been back a couple of times to check to see if they've received anymore of the items In looking for because even though I never paid for the items that I wanted, they said they would order them and contact me when they came in. The bald older overweight white guy who stands behind the counter isn't helpful in the least, will barely answer you if you ask him a question and when he does answer you, you can't hear him. He all together just seems to dislike even being there and not really care. The manager or owner (not sure?) middle aged White guy with brown hair is fairly helpful and attentive, but seems overworked and doesn't have follow-through on things he says he'll order. They do have a good selection of stuff with decent prices, so if they have something in stock what you're looking for, they're OK. That being said if they have to order you something that you need.. I wish you much luck, because it's been over 6 months now and I don't have 1 thing that they said they would order.

They have NEVER let me down...ever! I love the service, I have never had any trouble getting anyone to help me AND they are well versed and knowledgeable! I was over 30 miles away from Tactical Supply and looking for a rapid release holster for a Taurus 9mm PT111 and made the mistake of calling Gall's...the girl on the phone didn't know anything and could only suggest I come in. Well that didn't satisfy me so I called Tactical Supply and was told they don't make a rapid release holster for the Taurus PT111 but he did have some holsters for it. Needless to say, I won't try another store again. I will stick with what I know which is the staff at Tactical Supply. I have purchased every holster we have needed from here. From a small holster for my Mom's 38 to a couple of rapid release holsters for my Dad and nephew's weapons, to the paddle holster for my Taurus, I have not been...

I went here to buy a plate carrier (around $280). They lost my order twice. I was super nice about it, let them do their thing to get it right. Took around 18 months to actually get my order. Noah, whom I was working with mentioned that he would give it to me for free (I did not ask for this) due to all my troubles. The day I went up there he made me pay full price. I brought it to his attention and he told me that he didn’t remember saying he would give it for free and he would give me $30 store credit.
