I came through the line one day and the manager had a few choice words to say to me.... One of the "baristas" made my drink entirely wrong. So, I told them nicely and asked them to fix it! So, they remade and somehow there was a bug in it! The team was SO gracious & kind!!! They offered to call the other location, they still made my drinks with a smile, they were so encouraging (& fast), even though it was a busy time of day.
