Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I would recommend you stay away from this Papa John’s. We ordered a large pizza drove 40 minutes home with it , got ready to eat it and discovered it was not even cooked. The whole crust was undone under all the toppings , doughy a mess. Call the store to see if they would help us out . Manager Caleb refused a refund , refused a credit on a future purchase and refused a discount on future purchase. Apparently too many people try to scam them so they don’t trust anybody. I said I would even text them pictures and they said we don’t accept pictures. Wanted me to drive 40 minutes back to their store which I could not do , when they clearly just could’ve let me send them pictures over the text. I would’ve had the date and the timestamp of the Pizza box proving it was undone. Very unprofessional, they have definitely lost us as a customer and a warning to all check your crust!!!!! What the hell is this BS? I know that the pictures in the menu seldom look like the real thing but my God this is a travesty. I used to love this place. This particular location is very fast and friendly and maybe corporate told them to make the Cheesesticks like this but I'll never buy them again after this. Paper thin, no dough, barely any cheese, certainly not stringy like in their menu. You want to know why Domino's is better, look no further than this. Second time I have ordered from this place. The first time, it wasn't very good and I was shorted and extra sauce but it was newly opened so I chalked it up to training. This time, about 6 months later, not a lot has changed. Items put together and cooked sloppy with not a lot of taste and again.....left out the extra sauce.....was trying to add pic of pizza that basically didn't have any toppings on 2 pieces. Done...
