Burger King — Restaurant in Forestdale

Horrible!!! Got placed on hold as soon as I pulled to the drive through. It took about 5 minutes for them to ask my order me my order. Which I'm ok with that. I order 10 piece chicken nuggets, 2 jr whoppers and 2 small fries. I pull around, she comes to the window and says $8.64. She DIDN'T speak, didn't say anything. She hands me my card and still didn't say anything. So now, I'm waiting on my food. She fixing her self a drink. 10 minutes pass by I'm STILL waiting on my food. She leaning on the counter talking with co workers LAUGHING AND PLAYING, mind you, she NEVER closed the drive through window. 10 more min pass by I'm STILL waiting on my food. Now I have a full line backed up behind me, someone blew their horn and someone else about 5 cars back just pulled off. 7 MORE minutes pass by and she FINALLY come to the window hands me my food and turns around. She DIDN'T say sorry for the wait, have a nice night or anything. She DIDN'T say one word. (Also my burgers were cold.) TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will drive the extra 10 minutes to JACKS in adamsville next time I want a burger and fries. And I usually NEVER write a review or complain because people need their jobs but this was plain unacceptable. And apology for the wait would have kept them from getting...

Customer service was non-existent. We dined in. Manager walked right past us and didn't acknowledge we were there. The cashier washed her hands and then dried her hands on her shirt. There was only one other customer dining in and he was asleep at a table in the front. She then took our order and walked away to drive through cash register. Didn't acknowledge she heard what I ordered. Asked for bacon on one sandwich and of course she didn't hear me because she was walking away as I was ordering. I thanked her for taking my order and she finally spoke to me to say you are welcome. Ice machine didn't work. Diet coke was out and there was no mention they were working on getting it fixed. So had to ask for refills. The cashier was on her cell phone with a personal call on speaker phone, when I asked for refill. Didn't even speak until I said thank you while she had already turned around. Hamburger patty was dried up and only covered half the bun. Don't waste your time or money at...

At this time an date, I went in, an as always,,,,,, The food is wrong,, looks like you made a cheeseburger, Blind Folded,, in the dark,, outside, in the horse barn,, with the wind blowing.. That is the Usual.. this time, I went in, an had to wait 20 mins, to dine In, an get handed a brown bag, an the front guy looked like he was scared to speak. I'm not a complainer, but every, every time I go, something is wrong.. So why don't I go somewhere else?? Nope, I will keep going, an I will continue to fill these out, exactly how bad the service, food, attitude is,,,, till someone tightens there belt,, hire people that cares more,, rather than their cell phone, or smoke break, makes a phone call,, an fixes the problem,, instead of continue to try an fix stupid..
