Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alabama

The worst ever experience at this store! I got a peperoni and crazy bread with sauce! I got home and put crazy bread in the sauce and it was hard i then looked at it and there was a thick moldy film and it smelled horrible i then called and was instructed to come back to exchange it i did and carol king manager of the store told me the sauce was made fresh tht day and told me she did not see any modly and it smell okay so i told her to look at the fresh sauce in the back and she smelled both and still did not see a difference then she got the box of sauces fron the floor in a tore up card board box and opened them all and found TWO more moldy sauces that were way worst then mind and she continued to lie about them being fresh i told her to stop lying and she continued to stick to her story and get really rude the bad part is if she would of just apologized for her stores wrong doing and just gave me new sauce and threw away the old ones i would not be writing this post or be so furious or never go to that place...

I ordered 4 pizzas, two orders of wings, three packages of cookie dough brownies, and three 2-liter bottles of soda for $138.30 to feed my crew working late. The order was delivered missing one of the sodas, the wings and brownies. I don't know what Little Caesars on Forestdale's procedures are to ensure the meal is delivered in it's entirety, but the driver opened all the bags he had and food was missing... the food delivered was sufficiently good, but the missing items affected the mood of the meal. I tried calling the phone number twice, but both times was redirected to an answering service that I couldn't understand a word the woman said-- she was obviously reading from a script and upon finishing the message promptly hung up on me. I generally go out of my way to praise good customer service, but when I can't even contact the store to try and make things right, it's unfortunately just another example of poor...

I placed an online order. It told me my pick up expectation I arrived to the store 1min after the latest time. There was no food in the portal and no one at the register to ask. After waiting 5min a young man finally came up. I asked about my pick up order he asked what did I have I told him he gave me a pizza that was already sitting in the warmer this pizza was over cooked and burnt. He pulled the chicken out the other warmer and put a little and I mean a little garlic parmesan cheese on the chicken. The Italian cheese bread was hard and seem to be over cooked as well. For me to placed the order and then to have something thrown to me was very disappointing. I haven’t visited this store in a while because of the service. I tried them again to see if things has gotten better but it’s has...
