I went to this auto zone to return a part that I didn't need. The guy that worked there was extremely rude! He tried to accuse me of cutting the part to make it fit. I told him I brought the part like that from the auto zone store on Greensprings. He then kept asking questions like why I brought it back there, I told him I was on that side of town and I didn't think it mattered what store I take it to. Then he kept asking why am I returning it, I told him I didn't need the whole assembly and found the part at another store I needed. He said I was being cheap and basically kept calling me a liar about the part being cut, kept saying if I was in court I'd be found guilty,i told him I have no need to lie about how I bought the part, and I haven't even tried to put the part on...he kept saying if I was in court I'd be found guilty. Then he ended up going to the back to get my refund and came back within seconds saying he didn't have enough money. And he couldn't refund my money, and knew he was lying. I know they had 70 bucks to give my money back!! Took everything in me not to get unprofessional... I'll never go back to...

The other employees try too hard to act like they actually mechanics, so they are rather condescending, when they're in fact just cashiers, simply put. Aside from this specific location employing female snobbs who are bujee for no good reason & the male employees come off as condescending, arrogant & honestly slightly misogynistic, I still like the actual inventory so, since the employees can't seem to treat me right, as long as they leave me be [[I try to interact with them as little as possible for real]], I don't mind shopping at this AutoZone. Plus, it's...

Was told it wasn't in stock and tried to send me somewhere else. The battery I paid for was indeed there, however I was then told they don't provide loaner tools to install the battery. Long story short it wasn't the battery it was the alternator. If someone would have taken the time, (as they advertise), I could have gotten my car fixed alot sooner, and alot cheaper. The employees looked at me like I was wasting their time. Very hood like atmosphere. For what you charge, you should be able to get decent...
