I PLACED AN ORDER OFF OF GRUBHUB!! I ORDERED TWO 8 PIECE STEAK FINGER BASKETS WITH TEXAS SIZE TATER TOTS INSTEAD OF FRIES AND NO SUGAR ADDED DILLY BARS. MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!!! I CALLED THE STORE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. THE LADY THAT ANSWERED STATED THAT SHE WAS ONE OF THE MANAGERS. I TOLD HER MY NAME AND I PROCEED TO TELL HER WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY ORDER. IMMEDIATELY SHE BEGAN BY TELLING ME THAT IT WASN'T HER PROBLEM THAT MY ORDER WAS MADE INCORRECTLY AND THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE THAT UP WITH GRUBHUB TO GET A REFUND. I TOLD HER THAT THEY ALREADY GAVE ME THE REFUND AND I WAS JUST CALLING TO LET HER KNOW THAT NO ONE PAID ATTENTION TO MY ORDER WHEN IT CAME IN. SHE TELLS ME THAT SINCE I GOT MY REFUND THAT IT SHOULD BE FINE THEN. SHE THEN CORRECTED HERSELF AND SAID NO. I STATED TO HER ONCE AGAIN THAT THEY SHOULD'VE PAID ATTENTION TO IT WHEN THEY WERE MAKING IT. SHE BLAMED THE KITCHEN AND THAT THEY ARE BUSY AND ACCIDENTS HAPPENS.I TOLD HER HOW MY BOX WAS SO SOGGY THAT IT FELL APART. SHE BLAMED THAT ON GRUBHUB AND DOORDASH. SHE SAID ONCE THEY MAKE IT THEY SIT IT UP THERE AND DEPENDS HOW LONG THEY COME AND GET IT. I GOT TIRED OF THE ANSWERS SHE WAS GIVING ME. I ASKED FOR HER NAME AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER DAIRY QUEEN FOR A LONG LONG TIME ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!! Read moreOn Saturday 11/23/24, the grandchildren and I ordered to eat in, cashier was very distant, not customer friendly at all, no Hi, no Hello almost like a robot. She slid the tray to us and I stood there because it was missing my granddaughters blizzard and the cashier gave the meanest look as if why was I was still standing there. I said I’m missing my blizzard and I told her she was weird. The manager LINDA asked what the problem was and I explained how rude the cashier was and immediately LINDA took the cashiers side and told me to get out of HER store and would not give me the blizzard nor refund me. I called the police as did she because I would not leave the store without my granddaughters blizzard or a refund. Police arrived gave them my receipt, they went inside and the police came out with my blizzard. SERIOUSLY this was totally wrong of LINDA the manager. Read moreThese people are slow and rude! After making me wait for 10 minutes at the counter, the employees finally stopped glaring at me and gossiping, to see what I wanted. I could understand if it was closing time, but this was at 1pm in the afternoon. And I was the only customer, my daughter was in the bathroom. No one in the store or drive through. I ordered 3 dip cones and paid for them. I watched as the girl went to tell the guy in the cooking area. He rolled his eyes and made a rude comment. He made the cones. Then sat them in the window. They stood talking for 5 minutes. I finally had to say something. They gave me attitude. Then the girl brought the mostly melted cones to me and shoved them at me. I told her these are melted. I was told 'and?'. OMG....I was livid. I asked to speak to the manager. The guy who made the cones said he was the manager. I just gave up! DONT GO TO THIS STORE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!
