0/5 stars. I have had one of the most atrocious experiences with the manager on duty on Tuesday November 8th at approximately 10pm. She threw away the majority of a beer my friend purchased. This was most likely an accident, however, she approached the situation in a defensive manner instead of being resolution focused. This should have been learned in management one on one, but her lack of skill shone brightly tonight. After being addressed, I watched as she gave hugs, watched the game, sent several text messages, walked around aimlessly and avoided the conversation all together. I kindly asked her for a private word about this experience and she stated I would need to wait a moment as she proceeded to watch the game and cower to her coworkers. Please send your manager back to training so she’s able to resolve patron issues in real time instead of ignoring it and wishing it will go away. My friends and I were patrons in this establishment two nights this week. We purchased food, drinks, and plenty of pool games. Really wanted to like it cause it has good reviews and for the price you would think the food would be fairly decent but it’s mediocre at best literally paid $14 for queso salsa and guac that is just canned cheese sauce you get at a concession stand and maybe a small scoop of chips I’ve also had the tacos which doesn’t come with a side and they were under whelming as well and if you plan on drinking stay away from the mixed drinks or mixed shots cause you will get mostly mixer I got a $10 Vegas bomb which it pretty much was just Red Bull ended up switching to just straight liquor its ridiculous they are trying to be an Uptown bar but lack on quality I’ve had better food and drinks at hole in the wall bars and as for service there’s like few good employees and then there’s the rest of them that you have to hunt down to place an order or get a drink unfortunately for me I’ve had to visit here multiple times and the last few times I’ve just not ordered anything and wait till I leave and eat at Applebees which shares the same parking lot or if your looking for a bar with good drinks and the best food I would advise you to go to Outlaws in...

I will preface with the fact I worked as both a server and bartender for over 10 years...

First experience (not busy): Sitting at the bar, server on the floor grabs my drink order and brings me a menu. Good so far. She then goes off to clean tables. Girl behind bar asks what I want and I say the other girl took my order already (because she did). I guess other girl thought bartender got my actual order because she saw us talking, but neither did so it was a hot minute before I got anything. However the drink was comped, and the food was very tasty. (Not terrible experience, but not great.)

Second experience (not busy): Bar full so I grab a table. Takes about 5 minutes to get recognized and order a drink and a menu. Waitress comes back with my drinks and says she'll be back to grab my food order. Twenty minutes later she asks if I'm ready to order so I just ask for my check.
