I've ordered my fair share of Pizza from this Domino's in particular and haven't had a single thing to complain about until tonight. Usually the driver's are on top of everything and bring every item ordered including cups from time to time. Tonight I ordered over $60 dollars in Pizza Coupons Included to get that price and around 7/ 8 sauces total. The driver couldn't find my residence and blamed me for him going to the wrong one. That's out of my control and there is only one apartment in my complex with my address. I was forced to walk out around the complex in the dark to find the driver because he couldn't find my residence which I was totally understanding about initially even though that hasn't happened before with any other driver for any food service before. Upon walking inside with my food which was 3 pizzas, 1 order of garlic bites and 1 order of the cinnamon twist things, it was discovered that no sauces that I paid for and were supposed to be included free were present. I called the same number that called me to help the driver find my location and got a representative at the store I ordered from. When I said what I was missing and told him that it made me feel uncomfortable and dumb to call about something so petty, he responded with, "How badly do you want the sauces?" pretty much telling me that it would be a pain for them to bring them to me. I just wanted him to contact the driver and see if he forgot the bag of them in the car while he was still in our parking lot. I called before the driver even had a chance to get back to his car but was told he was long gone and that nobody would be drive near my apartment for the rest of the night. I don't know about anyone reading this, but I sure as hell can't tell the future like the representative I spoke to apparently could. He spoke to the manager for about 10 seconds and they must have brushed it off or told him to tell us to deal with it because I got a half-hearted apology a couple of times while being asked what I wanted them to do about it? My job is to order the damn and for it to show up as ordered. I shouldn't have tipped more than the bare minimum but I'm a nice guy. While the guy on the phone heard my wife and kids flipping out about the whole situation, I told him that he was lucky I was the one who called. I shouldn't asked for the tip back and tried asking for the couple dollars back from those damn sauces and I was given none of my money back. The person on the phone blamed the driver by saying the drivers forget stuff like that all the time, but if this is true then why are there not more people speaking up about how their concerns were brushed off and how they basically threw money in the trash. The only reason I'm going to order from here again is because I was told I was given credits on my account (which I don't believe at all) and am willing to take a risk so that I can call them out on not actually doing anything about it. Props to the people who work there (besides the guy I spoke to and his manager) and the other driver's (besides the one who delivered my family's food tonight) you guys are great, but your...
Read moreI have been eating here for over a year & will never trust this Domino's again. I am extremely disappointed in their service. 1000% recommend the one on Lemay & Riverside. If I could give zero stars I would.
My bf & I picked up an order Saturday for 1 order of garlic twists, 2 large HT pizzas: 1 with chicken, peppers, olives, & no cheese & 1 with double mushrooms, neither with the garlic crust as it is too overpowering.
When we arrived, they informed us our pizza came out without mushrooms & they were in the process of remaking it. No big deal, I've worked pizza & other customer service, it happens. We wait, they bring out our pizzas & I ask them where our twists were. They go to look for them & realize they got switched with another order & they instead have parmesan bites. We said we couldn't take them because my bf cannot eat cheese & they go to remake them. Again, not a big deal & we get a free 2 liter & our food & are on our way. We were very happy with the service up to this point.
Unfortunately, our garlic twists were underdone, not enough to be wet inside but they were completely pale & very soft & doughy. We attributed it to them rushing to get us our food as it had already been quite late. The remade pizza also had the garlic crust but it's a force of habit, it happens. Still no big deal but we were definitely annoyed. We ate our food & all was well...
Or so we thought. When I went to reheat my bf's pizza yesterday, I found a piece of sausage on it. There were 3 pieces of sausage still in the box but who knows how much was on the other 6 slices. My bf only eats halal & does not eat sausage as it contains pork. There is no reason there should have been sausage on his pizza, especially after they had already screwed up 2 of our items & both of their remakes. In his 24 years he has never eaten pork & their employees' carelessness stained that.
As if that wasn't bad enough, when eating my leftovers I found a piece of bacon on a slice. I'm sure this piece was an accident & usually I can overlook accidents although I still think it is careless & disresepctful to the customer. But this is unacceptable. I have been vegetarian for over 12 years & he hasn't eaten pork in twice as long as that. I'm honestly shocked, I've worked food service, I've seen how mistakes can happen but this is ridiculous.
I will never trust eating here again & I'm definitely switching back to the Lemay location. All 3 of the staff in the store boxed one of our items, all 3 of them neglected something or another to ruin our meal & a driver took our twists too. Shows carelessness all around, nobody is checking orders on the line, when they're cutting it, or when they're grabbing deliveries.
Thank you to those that read this far & ALWAYS double check your order & then double check it again cause there might be something hiding...
Read moreI am always one for giving the benefit of the doubt because I have worked in the service industry but this experience was a bit ridiculous. I ordered on the app and was alerted the order was delivered. Nothing at my house. I called the location they told me drivers were in the area and to see if they showed up in the next 5-10 min as they were experiencing issues with the app. Totally understandable. Waited another 20 minutes. Nothing. Called back was told my order was going to be remade and sent out. Another 45 minutes goes by. I check my phone and have a missed call from the driver. (sadly bad service at our house and call never came through, that is on me) But call him back and he told me he couldn't find our address but was looking at odd numbers on the other side of the street instead of even numbers on our side of the street... told me he would come back with our order. In between called the restaurant and told them the dilemma. Two employees (Logan and Austin) were extremely nice and helpful and refunded me. I asked to please charge me the tip for the driver. Order finally showed up after 2 hours. Would have been fine with that but this is what the pizza looked like when it showed. up.
Do your self a favor and just order from Cosmo's. Shows up on time and...
