Love the small plates menu format! Great for coming with friends as you can try many different things. We tried the: Jalapeno poppers - excellent, lots of cream cheese and good bite. these are like the ones that Krazy Karl's used to have before they changed their recipe. Cheese curds - I'm originally from WI and these pass the battered curd test, especially with the house zesty ranch sauce. Pork belly bites - these are perfect for sharing as really you only want a couple of these they are so rich. You can get any sauce for them, we went with the Japanese sauce and it was perfect. Green chile sliders - chicken patty was a surprise, thought it would be more like a solid cut of chicken breast, but it was good. Not very spicy, good flavor though. Tasty tacos - these were awesome comfort food, the tortilla is fried before the taco is filled so at first I thought it would be like a chalupa but actually it's very similar to an "Indian taco" as found commonly in the Upper Midwest!! It's not exactly the same as Native American fry bread (obviously), but so close even in texture that it brought me back to when I used to get Indian tacos from the Native American tribal hall back in WI. I will definitely be back for these! Bonus - fries came with the sliders and pork belly bites, and these were excellent even plain without sauce. Good crunch and texture, great flavor. Dessert we shared the Fried horchata bites and wow! Stand out for sure, amazing flavors and textures. Like a cross between fried ice cream and churros but with extra creamy filling. I want more of this even though I'm completely full right now 😄 The 4-H Fair Spritzer was delicious (as a former 4-H member who showed at the fair, I applaud the name!) and my friend really enjoyed the Gummy Bear cocktail too. Do wish there were more beers on tap, but perhaps more will come later. A smidge on the pricey side if you're eating alone as it's basically all ala carte plates for you then and that adds up if you want to try more than one thing - but it's ok if you are coming as a group, the servings are decent for sharing the small plates around the table. Service was excellent, well done team. We'll be back to try more of the menu!

Huckabuk's Hideaway is a hidden gem! 🏆🔥 The chicken wings were absolutely top-notch—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. 🍗💥 The hot dogs were just as impressive, perfectly grilled with great toppings. 🌭👌 The service was outstanding—friendly, fast, and made us feel right at home. 🙌💯 The vibes? Immaculate. Chill atmosphere, and an all-around fun spot to hang out. 🎶✨ If you're looking for amazing wings, killer hot dogs, and a place with great energy, this is it. Can’t wait to come back! 🍻🔥

It’s about time that foco has a spot for specialty hot dogs!!! The fries are excellent and have the perfect crisp and crunch. My only complaint was that the website told me to tell em Zoltar sent me and I did but when I told the staff that and asked what it meant, they said it meant “I knew someone important”. Nothing notably exciting but I guess I thought there would be some perk there. Free fountain drink or something. Either way I’d go back for a dog and fries!!

So we ordered for take-out. We ordered Jalapeno Poppers, Horchata Bites, and Cheesey Weesey Fries. Oh, my, goodness was it all just devine!!!

The take-out experience was pleasant, just had to ask for my order, which made me feel like my food was safe.

The Jalapeno Poppers where delicious, still hot when I received my order, not really spicy, but definitely full of flavor, and there wasn't too much batter!

The Cheesey Weesey Fries were LOADED with cheese, and the fries were crispy on the outside and potato-y on the inside. I could tell that if I got regular fries that they used sea salt flakes and cracked black pepper on them, as well as other seasonings I assume thats in the house seasoning and it tasted wonderful with the cheesy gooey dish!

To finish off this review, you gotta try the Horchata Bites. 100000000/10 the best sweet treat to finish with. The bites are definitely more "mouth fulllll" sized, but you can easily bite a piece in half. It's creamy. It's warm. It's gooey, it's everything you could've hoped for any more! They're laid on a bed of ice cream drizzled with caramel oooooooh my I'm tempted to order it again after...

Super disappointing, we went for a family members birthday and waited over an hour to get our food- hot dogs and two sandwich’s. They brought out two hot dogs, both of which were gray colored and tasteless, then waited another 10 minutes before they brought out a sandwich, then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the last hotdog and sandwich. There were only a couple other people there, maybe 4 tables, but we kept being told sorry for the wait it’s busy. One of the orders they brought out was wrong (the birthday guys order) so we had to wait another 10 minutes and there was no compensation or even offer to compensate for the super long wait or wrong food. We were all disappointed with our food especially after waiting so long. No refills on drinks and no checking up on us other than to tell us “sorry for the wait the food should be right out” again and again. The cheese curds were good as well as the drinks, but unfortunately not good...
