My first time at Harbinger and I am not disappointed. If you're into coffee and want to experience some seriously different, deep, rich and intense flavor, you need to be here. And I can't wait to grind up a cuppa my take-home selection of Ethiopian plum, violet and bergamot while beans. It's gonna be a flavor explosion, I just know! Harbinger coffee is absolutely unlike what's served up at the well-known National chain (You know who I mean! No need for me to include the name). Many people say that the other guy's coffee tastes burnt and that's where their flavor profile comes from. Well, true or not, this is not the case with Harbinger. Their coffee is genuinely uniquely flavored. You'll know what I mean after the first sip. By the way, don't expect to find breakfast sandwiches, cookies, muffins, bottled water or scones here. This is strictly COFFEE! Enjoy!

Nice little coffee shop. A few tables outside which is great during our covid-time. Staff super friendly. I got a regular coffee which wasn’t all that remarkable considering the on-site roasting efforts. Considering the lack of coffee in this area of Fort Collins though, it’s great to have where it is. I think the layout is a bit awkward. For example I love getting a treat along w/ my coffee but I didn’t think they had any offerings. Only after I ordered I saw some muffins behind me (and IMO suggestive selling would have sold one too) And in general something about the ambiance felt like there was too much going on - I hate trying to figure out how a new place works, what products are offered, etc. Could be more intuitive in that regard. Worth checking out though, it’s a cool spot overall.

Never been here before and it was the closest local coffee shop near me. I think it's an okay place to go if you want to use the wifi, enough seating. The employees were okay. They weren't friendly or engaging and their smiles were slanted. I ordered a hot matcha with oat milk. Didn't get a sweetner because I'd rather not spend an extra dollar just for a pump of flavor... Waited a couple minutes and then got my drink. I said thank you have a nice day, and didn't get a response. Like okay.. then my drink was only warm, was not steaming hot and it wasn't even mixed completely so I got some chunks of matcha! Never coming here again. Not memorable. Over $5 for a not hot and not mixed tasteless drink.

First off, to me coffee is merely a liquid way to get caffeine into my system after having been awake for 2 hours. I don't need to open my eyes and pour it down my gullet. After having taken my wife to work this morning, I pulled in to Harbinger after not getting my usual cup of gas station coffee. At the coffee shops I am pretty sedate on my drink order. A simple mocha, an extra shot, and oat or almond milk. My impression upon walking in was "...what am I doing here?" It was pretentious, open, quiet with cafe indie music playing. One person was behind the counter. He took the person ahead of me's order, then mine. Then he proceeded to take two more folks orders. If you are in a hurry then go to McDonald's or 7-11, perhaps even Starbucks. Not here. BUT DO NOT LET THAT DETER YOU! The barista, Alex, was meticulous in his preparation of his numerous orders for being the solo staff on hand. He made a latte, another coffee, then my drink. All to go. His presentation was awesome considering his coffee design for my mocha was going to get a lid on it. I am not one to go to such fine coffee establishments. This place changed my mind. While the fact that each coffee is prepared "for you" I think for a mocha like I ordered, I should not be relegated to the house coffee. If they offer coffees from around the globe, then let me craft my coffee with the same care that Alex made it for me. But, I was surprised, the house coffee was incredibly smooth, not a hint of bitterness. I can only imagine the other coffees they serve and how they taste. I've never had "craft" coffee, but if this is what it is like then I will be back at Harbinger for more. If you have read my previous reviews then you know there is always a "but". The "but" here is that for the size of coffee I receive, the price was a bit too high for a simple guy like me. With tip, I came in at just over $9 for a 12 oz coffee with the extra shot and the oat milk. My usual coffee is a 20 to 24 oz with the same ingredients at $8.30+/-. This was so much better and I will regret the "but" I am sure. This was a treat for me and I know that my return to gas station coffee, even though the machine grinds each batch a customer buys, will bring regret that I do not have coffee this good on a daily basis. If one starts at coffee this good they will surely hate something as good as a cup of...

This is what you hoped to find. We have SO many chain everything places in Foco . Local coffee nerd opens local coffee shop. From sourcing the beans to handing you the cup, they do everything in house including making all of the syrups. Baristas are absolute pros. Nice variety of seating or standing options. I prefer the old, worn-out chairs tucked in the back corners as a general rule but occasionally like an espresso Italian/Spanish style standing at the bar. Had a nice latte last time and an absolutely excellent classic cappuccino today. Personally I would love to see some sugar-free syrup options, but it certainly won't prevent me from stopping by. As a local business owner myself, I support other local businesses as much as I can. If you do as well, or are just picky about your cup of Joe, this place should be at or near the top of your list. Parking can be a PITA at lunch and happy hour, but there are a decent number of 5-15 minutes spots up close if you're just picking...

This is the spot for true craft coffee lovers! Perfectly roasted beans, brewed at exactly the right temperatures that exudes the baristas love for coffee. For the Starbucks fans reading this review who love ordering "skinny" lattes... stick to Starbucks. But for those of you who truly appreciate the art of coffee making, this is the place.

My husband got a hot oatmilk latte and I got an iced honey oatmilk latte, both of which were made to perfection with the perfect balance of espresso to milk. I also ordered two vegan GF donuts--YES! I said vegan AND GF! As someone with a dairy allergy and gluten sensitivity, I greatly appreciated the fact that they had baked good that I could eat! We also bought a bag of beans to go as we love collecting beans from smaller roasters.

The energy in the space is awesome! A perfect spot to hang out, work on your laptop, meet with friends or co-workers, or even meet new friends. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to coffee.

Ignore the bad reviews here and treat yourself to...
