The quality of food and service has gone down significantly with new management. The crew looks overworked and stressed out instead of their usual happy selves. They look like their on edge and afriad of messing up because of severe repercussions! Several times when we have gone there was no management on the line. A taller man wearing a polo shirt came out, walked down the line and walked right back into the back with his crew struggling to keep up with the line that was 10 people deep! On another occasion i tried to come at 530pm, when the sign on the door said they closed at 6pm and the same tall man in the polo shirt looked right at us and walked away from locking the doors. This used to be a place we came to to joke around with the crew and have a good meal, but now the ingredients all taste days old and the crew looks irritated and afraid, that is when the doors arent locked half an hour before closing time. Things were a lot better when the blonde manager was here! She knew how to keep them happy and motivated...

We ordered through DoorDash this evening and instead of calling us and letting us know they were out of Mac n cheese or offering alternatives they just stuck a note in the bag! So upon delivery we contact our delivery associate and ask about the entire other half of our order (everyone got a sandwich and a bowl of Mac) and he says apparently the ladies working left a note in the bag... the note informed us they were out of Mac n cheese! So unprofessional and no difference was refunded to my card. Had to contact DoorDash to handle the situation.

We are pretty regular customers here but lately the service we’ve been receiving is not so swell with items frequently being forgotten. This was the final straw unfortunately. I have ordered on their website a handful of times. Never had an issue. I received my confirmation email stating my order will be delivered by 622 pm. It never showed up. I called and my order was just sitting there. They stated we are not able to leave to deliver and I should have used Door dash or grub hub well I never used them before to order their food. Then I was told we have bad service at times and sometimes they don't get the update and thru got a new system and that is whwre the disconnect happened. They offered to remake my food but I would have to pick it up. I ordered for delivery for a reason. As I enjoy their food. Their service sucks. I asked for my money back and was told I have to have a manager approve it. Wellmoney shouldn't have been pulled until the food...
