Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fort Collins

I will say that couple of weeks ago I registered and ordered on line waiting for delivery and nothing arrived. I called the manager who was unresponsive, with an I don't care attitude, did nothing to correct the situation. Kept asking for confirmation order and did not want to fix the issue, 4 emails later no resolve with corporate. One day later received a call from David _ _ _ _ from local corporate office who assured me the matter was taken care of and to order again and he would take care of it. To my surprise he was correct, I ordered 5 sandwiches with chips, arrived by a very friendly young lady with in 10min of ordering and no charge. I give them 5 stars because that is how you take care of mistakes, by correcting them and making the customer feel important, we will order again....

I'd really love to give zero stars. I love Jimmy John's and go to two locations. This one because it's by my house and the one on Harmony and JFK because it's by my work. The guys on JFK are awesome but this location is ridiculously rude and unorganized. They messed up a very simple, 2 sub order of mine today and when I called to tell them they didn't apologize and told me "stuff happens" I totally get it, stuff does happen but when I informed him that literally, the last 4 times I've ordered or picked up they have messed up something, forgot something... Charged me for something I didn't even order. It's annoying. I will not go to this location anymore. On top of it, they acted like it was my fault that I didn't pick up the right order? Just...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A few weeks ago I had a delivery sent to my office, and it was the COMPLETELY wrong sandwich- so they came back with a "corrected" one that was also incorrect- so they came back a 3rd time with finally the right sandwich (2 hours after my lunch hour) They never gave me any discounts/promotions to make up for the fact that I didn't get to eat that day.

And again today. I have had a long day, so the last thing I want to deal with is the fact that you made my sandwich wrong again. They will not come to deliver it, the manager said "corporate office would agree with me" Seriously, you all are incompetent and I have...
