Mama Roni's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Collins

While the pizza at Mama Ronis is good, there customer service is horrific and their ability to complete an order correctly is clearly impossible. My husband and I have ordered delivery from this establishment many times, even after we were given an order that was clearly mixed up with someone else's pizza as it did not even resemble the order we placed with that company. Tonight was the biggest slap in the face, however, as we ordered pizza with additional toppings on it we did not receive (but did pay extra money for). When my husband called to inform the business they claimed that we were lying about the toppings, referred to the earlier stated pizza mix up as another attempt to "cheat" them out of their food and stated that they would no longer do business with us. This was the most insulting exchange I have ever experienced with a service provider and I would not reccomend anyone give this company...
