embezzling money from people is not ok, every time we go here and order anything with bacon on it which cost more then normal menu items they charge us extra for the bacon and then they dont even put the bacon on the food, and im talking about the bacon mcdoubles because everytime we order them they never put the bacon on it but charge us for it so why even charge more for the bacon mcdouble if your not even going to put the bacon on it? And now your going to sell a bigmac with bacon on it hahaha save your extra money and just get a regular bigmac because thatās probably what your going to get anyways but get charged for the bacon one. and the drive thru employees taking the orders yell when they talk and then when you get to the window they donāt give you a receipt so that you can do the feedback on the receipt and they also roughly hand you your card or change back and then donāt even tell you to have a good day or good night, then when you get to the second window they donāt give you the drinks you ordered until they basically say bye and you have to remind them you had a drink on your order, we always check to make sure we have the right food but never did i ever think id have to open the wrappers and make sure everything that comes on the item is on that item before i leave, managers should be making sure everything is stocked and ready to use at all times if you didnāt have bacon ready you could have said something instead of keeping it hush hush and charging me for it(embezzlement). None of these other mcdonalds are any better but atleast i get the bacon on my BACON MCDOUBLE and i get my RECEIPT so if i have a problem i could report it instead of this location throwing out the receipts so people cant tell there bosses how there messing up or about there...

After 5 minutes they claimed their manager also couldn't see any transaction & that any McDonald's receipt, order confirmation & bank transaction was in error. After talking with the manager for 10 min who claimed the same thing an employee approached her that they couldn't find the car with the mobile order. Find out that was my order, missing a drink & looking rifled through by a stoned looking employee but they now claimed there was actually 2 mobile orders not 0 & they cancelled one & marked the other as picked up. The manager kept insisting I take the 30 min old food or to call my bank to issue a dispute. As I walked out she offered that, "well I guess we can remake the order fresh for you if you really want but I can't let you have the wrong order." Well if that had been offered immediately instead of after the manager tried to ID every employee that said something to me that was in disagreement with her (the managers) story I might have accepted. Since the manager at the McDonald's on Harmony & College had threatened to spit in my order if I insisted on a remake when the order was completely wrong I politely declined. Since the franchise owner won't fire managers threatening to tamper with food & other locations have rampant issues that could be construed as fraudulent behavior by employees & management avoid this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I went through the drive thru and placed my order via the McDonald's app. I have a card attached to the app that I have made exclusive to this app for security reasons. As I wen through I was told that my transaction was accepted but I owed an additional $5 and change because my card was not accepting the total. After several minutes of discussion with someone that could barely speak English who said she was a manager I was told my order was declined. I paid in cash even though there was more than enough to cover the $14.90 charge I went home and contacted my card company and was informed that the charge was covered and that the error was in fact on their side as the had made an error while processing the charge and that I had in fact been charged accordingly and that the error was on their side. So I was charged twice and told to leave. This is the worst possible treatment I have ever received from a McDonald's ever.the non English speaking manager was rude and offensive in her treatment of me..
I attempted to contact the restaurant to discuss this matter and was hung up on. Tried calling again and got a message that wasn't more than a go away. Apparently my business is not required. Considering that my business is in the same complex I will endeavor to make sure non of my customers patronize them.
