So heres the situation all of this is unfortunately true. 10-01-2015 My friend went online and ordered sesame chicken and a chinese doughnut. We arrived sluggishly on acount of giving them time knowing they may be busy and I took a very long route because its how I do. We arrive and the place is busy phones screaming and two very depressed kids. We get there and they seem to have no account of the order til we mentioned it was placed online. As we realised right then they never checked the order til then some 30-45 minutes after placing. We stay chill its how we do. Every so often we get a promise of only a few more minutes til its done. Through the course of our hour wait once we got there we saw many angry customers, DONT BE THAT. If you were the lady in sweatpants you are a MISERABLE human being and deserve everything bad that happens to you because life puts out what you put in. I might add she came in angrily yelled give me a refund im not paying for this and threw the food on the counter and said english is a good language and learn it blah blah, she yelled this to a kid who wasnt even old enough to be working. And if that dumb waste of space took the time she would have heard the kid was working on english homework but kept getting interupted by phones and what not. An old lady who called after we'd been there for a half hour got her food instantly she must have been well known there or something though I'm willing to bet she got the wrong food. Finally help shows up which is good cause its been forever and alot of phone calls gave me the idea that the driver chose a direction and vowed to never turn back. The help was a nice looking older lady who calmly walked back to the kitchen and grabbed a bowl of rice for herself to eat. She looked nice but seemed pointless. Finally we get the food and get the hell out of dodge. I split from my friend becuase now I felt negative and just wanted to gain lost time. As I get home I get text from my friend "So didnt get Chinese doughnut and got some ass sweat beef insted". You don't deserve a restaurant those children looked like they wanted to kill themselves and that is not life for them. DONT SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT. I know we are all trying to make a living but I am a starving artist because I know I'd make a bad doctor. Know your place. 1/5 for the restaurant and 0/5 for the waste of space in the sweatpants I can't stress enough how much of a pathetic person she was. 5/5 for the kids my heart goes out to you and if you see this its not your fault its the fault of your environment and community never let other people make you feel like youre nothing cause chances are they are fronting because the people who make you feel like s* are the true s*. Just like the angry beast in the sweatpants. :) thanks for reading this long review, hopefully by the time you finish it your food...
Read moreOk so this was my first experience from start to finish. I found this place on Eat24 and it was the only other place that delivered to the hotel I'm at. I ordered it at 3:17pm on January 21, 2018. Eat24 said delivery was between 4:03pm and 4:18pm. That's fine. 4:03, nothing. 4:25 nothing. We call the restaurant and the person says it's on its way. 4:45pm. Nothing. We call back, the driver comes at 4:54pm. We open the door he shoves the bag at us saying "Here you go" and tries to run off. We ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi which was $3.75 so obviously I wanted it. He goes to his car to pretend to check then comes back saying "sorry I don't have it let me go back and see if they'll give you a credit or something". Sorry but we didn't forget the soda, and I was a shift lead at Pizza hut if my driver's forgot something they were asked nicely to take it back and offered to make it right themselves. He didn't even offer and when we asked for the soda, he said in a frustrated voice "well I'll see what I can do." We call the manager and say we want our soda this is before even looking at the food. They did not care we want our soda though. It's now 7:01pm. No call back about our soda. Nothing. We didn't even get the right food and I kid you not, they gave us an empty fortune cookie! We got charged $1.50 extra for beef for the broccoli lunch. We got chicken. The chicken was like rubber, slimy, and tasted like armpit sweat smells. The food was ice cold and they're 10 minutes away from our place, took almost 2 hours?? The fried rice was greasy, bland, and some of the peas looked rotten when others looked fresh. The egg rolls tasted like they were sat on by a sumo wrestler and were soggy not crunchy in the slightest. WE TIPPED the driver before we even got the food and that was a mistake. The driver was rude and didn't care that they made a mistake, we didn't get our soda nor did we get a refund for it. The manager didn't care about anything. $4 is a lot to pay for a soda you did not get. This place is obviously a second hand scam and how it's still open to the public I'll never know. Do not order from here. This was our first and I can tell you, it'll...
Read moreI ordered delivery for chicken pho, shrimp spring rolls, and lettuce wraps. The pho broth was not the distinctive flavor of traditional pho with fish sauce, anise, ginger, etc and just tasted like plain chicken broth. Traditionally there are limes with a pho soup and what I got were two lemon wedges. What? Ultimately it was very disappointing due to the lack of flavor and lack of traditional preparation I was expecting. The spring rolls were perhaps what tipped the scale to me deciding I would never eat food from this restaurant again. They were huge, poorly put together and were filled only with shredded lettuce, some small shredded cucumbers and maybe 2 shrimp per roll. I didn't eat them as they looked inedible. The rice paper wrapping was gooey and wasn't completely wrapped around the mess of lettuce so it would have been impossible to pick up. The lettuce didn't really look fresh. There was also no peanut sauce. It wasn't recognizable of a spring roll in any way, shape, or form. When I called to ask why these were made like this the woman said they were out of the noodles for the spring rolls so they used shredded lettuce instead. Unacceptable. A phone call to the customer to ask if I wanted anything else or to be refunded due to these issues would have been acceptable. The lettuce wraps.......just looked gross is all I can say. I tasted some of it with a fork first and it had none of the traditional flavors I would have expected. The mess of vegetables were large carrot pieces, squash pieces, a few other things I wasn't sure about. The iceberg lettuce pieces they sent were more like 1/4 or 1/8 pieces that weren't capable of even holding the filling. About half of this lettuce was brown and inedible. I didn't end up eating this either. Oh, and, the chicken in the pho and lettuce wraps looked like something out of a bag. This was the worst meal I have ever had in Fort Collins and I've tried a lot of places over the years. It truly was just inedible and so horribly put together. I wouldn't even give this one star but had to put something. I don't in a million years...
