They're nailing it. The staff who are starting up this spot are veterans. So, what that means to you as a customer is that this restaurant is already working as a well-oiled machine when you walk in. A casual up-scale dining approach to Italian food and so far after three stops in, the majority of the food is right on point. The pizzas are super Delicious. There was a strange item that kind of caught me off guard. I had ordered the chicken wings as an appetizer, but legs came out instead. The flavor was good and they were cooked just fine, it was just that they were legs instead of wings. Honestly though, if you consider a restaurant, that’s gonna save them a ton of money, and you actually probably get more meat on the leg. Maybe if they rename the appetizer, “chicken and bones”, they can serve whatever version they want and somebody with a discerning mind like mine, will accept the offering openly. Like I said, though they were cooked just fine, and the flavor was good, so all is good here. The overall take of the new spot in Fort Collins is if you go in as a customer, you’re going to enjoy your evening. Ambience is fantastic, and I’ll repeat it again, the staff is a crew of rock stars, so don’t miss your chance to hang out at this spot! Ciao Ciao!

was so good at first, used to go all the time. food last night was unacceptable. "pizza" a gross floppy mess. pasta couldn't have been blander or more flavorless if they tried. no one ate it, got thrown away. just unbelievable contrast from other visits. whoever was cooking last night is NOT A COOK!!!!! we had to actually apologize to our out of town guests!!!! gross! and let's face it it, the dough sucks, it's like some semolina heavy pasta dough... terrible. yea right, it's the customers fault. my 5 year old wouldn't eat your pasta. the food was trashed. you call this pizza? embarrassing. yea, it's the customer's fault. right. so pathetic and typical for the area. you get a grade F, you failed.

Enjoyed the pasta and the tiramisu was amazing. Portions match their prices. Initially we were greeted and seated quickly. However, we didn't see our waiter for over 20 minutes after getting our food and nobody else bothered to offer refill our beverages. I was quite surprised by this given the ratio of staff to visitors. Plus the owner was there.

We just discovered this place less than a month ago and we fell in love with the amazing fresh food, the sizeable portions, great drinks, and the friendly staff. So of course, we've been back a couple more times recently, including 2 days ago when the whole family brought my mother in law to give it a try for her birthday!

While the food is some of the best we've had, this review has nothing to do with that. Its about the amazing staff and how they handled a really tough situation with grace, compassion, and kindness!

While enjoying our dinner and laughing and having a blast, the woman eating with her husband at the booth behind us came over to talk. She was enjoying watching us and it turned out, it was her birthday as well, she was turning 75! We talked a bit and fell in love with her smile and gentle energy before she went back to her table.

A little while later, we heard yelling from her table. A couple managers, Amanda and Johnathan, were heading over to see if they could help just as I got up to offer to help as well. While I wont go into too much detail avout the situation in order to protect the couples privacy, the woman had begun having a dementia episode and was terrified and believed everyone was trying to hurt her. Fortunately, I was able to get her calm enough to agree to get into the office chair that Amanda and Johnathan provided so they could help her get to her car and then sat and talked with her outside in the quiet fresh air until she finally felt comfortable enough to leave with her husband.

Throughout this whole situation, the staff treated her with such respect and compassion. They didnt see her as a nuisance or someone they had to quickly shuffle out of the restaurant so she didnt disturb their customers. She was treated as a human being simply having a rough time and needing a little help and love. They did everything in their power to help in that moment, including exchanging phone numbers with the couple and offering future assistance if they needed it. Even though the situation was emotional, overwhelming, and a bit scary, it was also such a beautiful example of what a community coming together to help others should look like!

I forgot to say it that night, but I really want all the staff, especially Johnathan and Amanda, to know how much I appreciated their kindness! Thank you for going above and beyond for that couple and just being amazing people! We need more of that energy in the world!

So, for everyone else, if you want to be truly taken care of and treated like family, even in your messiest moments, this is where you want to go, even if it is just...

So my review today is a little different than the last time we dined at this establishment. The first time we went everybody was very helpful, Service was great food was spectacular. Moving forward two months my wife and I went there there today beautiful Saturday afternoon and we were literally tasting the pizza when we woke up this morning so excited to go there. We walk in we go to the hostess station literally ignored for at least 10 minutes while there was about eight people in the place and literally had two people walk right by us that work there one look like the bartender and the other one was a blonde server And didn’t even acknowledge our presence. Finally, we were sat. We sat there, and we sat there while the bartender was literally up there doing nothing and mind you the place was virtually empty and the server, and it looked like the hostess were behind us badmouthing the bartender that he’s not doing anything. about 15 minutes ago by nobody came by our table and we just got up and left. The complete opposite experience that we had from the first time we came there I’m not really one to write bad reviews being that I’ve been in the hospitality, business, hotel, and restaurant for over 40 years And I feel sorry for the owner of this establishment. As great as the pizza is, we probably will...
