We had a party of 5 and were told a 15 minute wait to be seated. We were seated, but it took another 20 minutes for them to take our orders. As I'm writing this, we've been waiting close to an hour for our food. So close to 2 hours spent here with nothing. A different server came out and brought us one side of hashbrowns and told us "I'm bringing the rest of the food out," but the rest of the food never came. We ended up taking the single side of hashbrowns back and requested we receive them with our full meal. Why would someone bring one side of hashbrowns without the rest of our meals? And why would the server say they'll be back with our food when our food wasn't even ready? I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of service and the slowness. I understand restaurants can be busy, but there has been no communication about wait times or updates. Again, as I write this, we are sitting here without food without any sort of communication. I will not be returning. Should've just gone to IHOP. Update: One of our party members just went to ask for an update on how long the food would be and the pregnant server he spoke to was extremely rude to him saying "it's coming out" with a poor attitude. We also spoke to another party of 2 people next to us and they've been waiting longer than we have. Absolutely ridiculous.

Came in this morning and had breakfast with my family, place was packed, but we were sat quickly and staff was super polite. When food came out, avocado toast was good and so was the Loraine frittata. However both my dads and little brothers meat in their biscuits and gravy was raw, upon calling someone over the waitress went to ask and told us the ground pork was naturally pink after talking to the kitchen. We asked for the check being thoroughly grossed out, and one of the raw plates was shown to management and to the cooks. The head cook came out and told us because it “had more oxygen and that it was just that pink and was fully cooked”, saying that’s just how ground pork is. He offered us replacements for our food but added that that’s how the ground pork on the menu would be. Three different people tried to tell us this was normal and cooked, only our last waitress admitted it looked underdone and apologize. Watched staff pass around the plates agreeing they were raw before tossing them. The pork was various shades of pink and greys, nothing fully cooked. Won’t catch me here again

I have seriously never written a review for a restaurant before but my experience at Rise! today made me inclined to do so. It was fantastic. I’ve been going there for 10 years and always had a good breakfast, but there’s newer ownership and new menu items. I had the Colorful Colorado, which was beet hummus, roasted squash, caramelized onions, dressed arugula, spinach coulis and two poached eggs. It was plated gourmet style. My boyfriend had the undecided which features two types of eggs benedict, one classic style one sausage gravy style and a cinnamon roll. He said it’s the best cinnamon roll in town! Definitely better than a certain restaurant in old town known for cinnamon rolls… The kitchen makes everything from scratch and the place is decorated cute. Our sever has worked there for years and was great, hilarious and fun. Support Fort Collins local business and spend your money there. You wont regret it. Thanks Rise! Team, you’ve definitely made regulars out of us.

I was a regular customer at Rise . At least once a week. Usually i call my order in and Marilynn is normally the person to take my order. Today, the owner took my order over the phone. She was rude and talking over me as I was telling her what I wanted and when I was giving her my number. Which gave clear indication that she wasn't listening . She told me it would be about an hour wait but would call me if it were ready before then. I waited under the assumption that they would call whenever my food was ready, not just if it were ready before the hour. Miscommunication. Whatever. But when I mentioned this to the owner she instead decided to argue with me and say "no, I made it very clear" .....My sandwich had been done for over an hour and was definitely cold at that point. She gave me the sandwich for free, but was still being rude. After waiting TWO hours at this point to eat, I got home , and my sandwich wasn't even how i ordered it . I call rise and she tells me "I don't know what else I can do for you today". Very poor customer service . Not even from the staff, but the owner. I used to recommend this place to anyone looking for good breakfast. The food can be as good as ever, it doesn't account for poor service . I will never return here, I'll make sure to spread word of mouth about poor service, as well as review on yelp and...

Rise is clean, friendly, and feels like there is 100 acres of corn rows right next door. Just like it was growing up here. Silver Grill watch out! Marilyn, and Shannon are awesome waitresses. Hostesses, and kitchen staff are walking around smiling. For all I know the owner is running the grill and oven with her finger on the pulse. The Cinnamon French Toast with homemade cream cheese icing... best anywhere in 100 miles. The homemade hot sauce, I purchased two bottles after the first taste. Is Rise a church? Because the choir knew it was a sin, they're still back singing away in the kitchen. They won the bet with the Devil. Quit yer whining on the wait list little Miss. and Mr. California. Head back West. When you smell salt water you're home. The early bird gets the worm, so get-a-gettin. Dad's let Mom sleep in and open the place at 6:59 with the kids wrapped in blankets. The frowns will be upside down in no time. Memories on their wedding days... Go home with a to-go box and a cape on with breakfast in bed for Mom. Throw the kids in their snow suits grab the sleds and head back out to wear off the sugar and co-co from Rise. Just don't get back home before 11. Dont you do it. You'll be the man. :-). 0700. Be there or look at those who were with your tummy to answer to. That...
