The Cart — Restaurant in Fort Collins

I had an amazing experience here. I’m not from town, so I had a hard time finding The Cart (it’s IN Sprouts by the way) so I called. The man on the phone was receptive, bright, and helpful. I told him I’d rather come to The Cart than Starbucks. He told me where they were located. I parked and walked toward the door...and the man on the phone (which happened to be the owner) met me outside on the sidewalk! He introduced himself and was so so so kind. He escorted me to the barista bar and paid for my drink and muffin. The coffee was amazing and the muffin was delicious! Love this place! First discovered it when I went to a different Sprouts location, now I can't go without getting coffee before I get my groceries! It's a very nicely decorated space, and is definitely loved by the community! It's jam packed on weekend mornings, and is very sweet to see so many people come together to chat! The coffee is very good, although it does require some patience as they can be a little slow to pump out drinks (especially if there is a line) but I wish people these days could have a little more grace towards how long it takes considering that a lot of the baristas I see behind the counter are young and seem to be...

Came here for the first time about a month ago and the owner Kim made our lattes for us and they were wonderful 🤩 I’ve came three times ever since and not only have the lattes not tasted anywhere near what he made us and I’ve ordered that same thing every time but also we get maybe 3/5 s coffee 1/5 whipped cream and the rest is a gap so instead of a 20oz I am really getting a 16oz for the price of a 20oz so it would be nice if they gave what we paid for.
