Not sure if I spoke to a baker or cashier, but they don't seem exactly as versatile in breads as they advertise themselves.
Main issue stems from me requesting more info if it's possible to make specific bread, with high % of quality dark rye in order to get a denser bread than pumpernickel as I have already tried it, and it was a totally miss.
Instead, over the phone I was hurried by whoever I spoke to first time, felt like I was explaining not bread, but rocket science schematics to this person, based on how confused they were.
Like I said, not sure if I spoke to a cashier and not a baker, because in the end after 2 days of waiting I got very disappointing answer that they cannot make bread I requested, and instead I should try their local pumpernickel bread, despite me originally calling in and telling them I tried ALL kinds of breads with dark rye, and none work out hence I'm calling bakers to accommodate my unique bread needs.
