Bloomers On Central Coffee Shoppe — Restaurant in Fort Dodge

Bloomers is an established coffee shop, recently reopened under new ownership. I loved chatting with the new owner, hearing her story of having worked there as a teenager. I've been a couple of times. The first time, I ordered two different lattes and an acai energy bowl. The energy bowl was "to go", which means in a cup, which wasn't the easiest way to enjoy it. However, that's my only complaint, other than the lack of a drive thru. On my second visit, I ordered a latte and the beet salad. I've enjoyed all the things I've ordered, so far. Large lattes come with 4 shots of espresso, which is more than a famous chain puts in their "venti" lattes! The interior is cozy and a little quirky in a way that invites you to settle in - whether it's to spend time catching up with a friend or just a quiet moment...

I stopped by passing thru. I like to try different coffeehouses to experience different tastes. I was very pleased. Everyone was nice and friendly. Even the customers were very friendly. I had a nice gentleman give me directions as some roads were closed due to construction and some flooded areas. That was very generous of him as i was a complete stranger. I was blessed to have stopped and had a pleasent visit at this cute and quiet coffee shop. Thank you. I will make sure to stop...

I love coming here. There is always happy people sitting and laughing enjoying everything Bloomers has to offer. The service is amazing and the food is even better. I meet friends here to work about once a week and we will spend hours relaxing and sipping on delicious lattes...
