There was no misunderstanding, as the gentleman who took my payment said he could get us the 38 cents if we needed it, and it wasn't a problem. They knew we didn't have our change. It was no misunderstanding.
Even if she didn't know if we had our change, is that how you confirm it? By asking if I need 38 cents? I think not.
And for management to respond like that, my intelligence feels insulted.

The food actually was delicious, it's the service why I won't ever return or recommend.
Payment for my order was taken by a young man who was walking through the snow going to each vehicle. I paid $10 cash for the order which was $9.62. The young man didn't have change and said I'd get it at the window with my order.
As I got my order, this girl says do you NEED 38 cents? Pardon me?
My partner says no, and me not wanting to speak over him went with it, but who the heck says that?? And to phrase it in such a way that I would feel cheap or broke to feel entitled to the change I'm rightfully OWED!
Don't ask me if I need my change, put it in my hand and keep it moving.
I don't care if my change was 7 cents, it's irrelevant if I need it, it's MINE, and you OWE it to me, period.

Every time, I’ve gone here and asked them to mark it as a gluten allergy and change the gloves it’s never happened. I ask them to keep my food in a separate bag and every time it’s put in the same bag as the rest of the order. I’m really upset as I’ve tried to go in depth to explain, and I’ve been reassured by the drive thru worker or the worker at the front that it will be taken care of. Why do a glove change to keep the food as safe as possible to put it in with the rest of food? After, I’ve sent it back I’ve seen them take it out of the bag and put in a new bag after it’s already been cross contaminated. Read moreA bit disappointed tonight. First time at the new Fort Gratiot location. We waited an excessive time in the drive up line we were in while the one next to us was zipping through. Then waited excessively again on fries while they continued to take food to other cars. When we first drove up there were only 4-5 cars in front of us but the whole process seemed to take close to half hour. Then my husband and I got all the way home and a sandwich was missing from the bag. And no napkins. Not cool. The only good thing is the staff are nice and the food we did get was great.. but they also need to add a menu sign back further in the line so people can decide before getting to the order taker. And they need a better way for people to know if both lanes are open when you drive up.
