Terrible expirence . Cold food. Careless and rude staff and very rude manager. Will never go back and will stick with China lite , our excellent Chinese food restaurant of 30 years . I am not going to waste my money at this Panda Express.
Following up : Instead of getting a call from area manager as promised , I get this stupid offer . I do not need your meal certificate . I do not want a free lunch . I want customer service and decent food in your facility in Fort Gratiot Michigan . I will go back and spend my own money to buy my meal . If it is still a bad meal served by rude staff , then I will do another review to let customer know what to expect:

Read more2 visits so far and it's not getting better. My first visit, I waited a long time to get the food (15 minutes) half must have been sitting and waiting because it was stone cold. I was given a couple free entree coupon (which now I realize is nothing more than a way to get you to come back and buy their over priced food). The first time the food wasn't bad, small portions, but was tasty. This time yuck! I was there early, before lunch, expecting to get freshly prepared food, NOPE. The grilled teriyaki chicken was flat out gross and has zero sauce. Mixed veggies were awful, had sweet medicine flavor. Employee somehow misunderstood and added a bowl with sesame chicken. I asked my partner “why is she saying bowl we didn’t order that?” We told her no we wanted to change the original order that we wanted the plate no bowl and she said “so why did you say bowl?” When we told her we never said bowl she proceeded to argue with us continuously and then said “okay so then you can just go bye!” We drive off and her and the other employees gawking at us through the windows.
