At first the service was good by the manager name Esther about returning my order or replacing my order when I went to pick it up 15 minutes later after speaking with her she had left for the day and said to speak with the manager on duty by the name of Raven however Raven was not available and some lady by the name of Misha who was very rude nasty spoke with me out of content told me to wait pull around I had to get out of my car while speaking with customer service on the phone and deal with this lady in the lobby of this restaurant there was four people in the whole restaurant why employees were sitting on the railing of the walk-up counter six other employees look at me as if I shouldn't even be in the restaurant I am not happy I want compensated for this experience I want my money back and this woman needs to be reviewed retrain or terminated I recommend termination because if she speaking to me like this after just pulling up to the drive-thru window As Told by Esther then who else is she speaking to like this in this manner now I understand why there's only four people and this restaurant sitting inside I will not rate this restaurant because it has no rate however I will give Esther 5 stars this Misha had no smile on her face from the time she walked up to the window then proceeded to speak to me in a manner that I would not even speak to my dog how dare she I would like a conference call with this woman I would like to district manager involved and I would also like her file to be reviewed to see if there's any other complaints from any other customers or employees she told me to wait after I walked inside to get my order after waiting 20 minutes more she told me to wait wait wait I have other customers in front of you really this needs to be handled accordingly I will not return to this restaurant and I live in a gay community around this restaurant and you can believe word of mouth will travel. #meeshaterminatedASAP you are losing business with us employee now you've...

I love my job and helping others, but for over all, I advocate for people to be treated right. Because I flew from Texas to Florida, I don’t have a car here, so I rented a hotel across the street from this Burger King, so I can have access to breakfast and dinner. On the google map still showing that the restaurant is open for dine-in. When I was there, they were taking drive through orders only. So I was calling them to let them know that I needed to place and order and that I had no car. Frustrating was that, they were no answering the phone or the drive- through either. I walked several times to their window to show them that I was calling them, but no, no one picked the phone, no one answered at the drive-through either. No even at the window where they were serving other customers. Just because “I was Walking” what is the stigma about being walking in this First World Country??? Look at Europe, everybody walks! But here, you have No Car, you are Nobody??? The employees were laughing and making fun of me. Very disrespectful! I was able to call Ubereat, but it is Too Sad to know that people that have no car are no able to have an economy meal during this pandemic. I ordered a medium onion ring, a Fanta Orange Slushie(that was on the advertisement in the drive -thru for a $1.00) and also a Salted Caramel Shake. The person on the speaker who took my order said okay after I each item I ordered. But then she shouted what size of Orange Fanta Slushie I wanted and I told her the one on the advertisement for a dollar. I proceed to the window and she opens the window yelling that I needed to tell when I ordered what size of slushie I wanted. I asked her what her name was she said Teresa. I responded telling her that I was just ordering what was on the menu, there was no size. So then she told me I am not serving you and closed the window. First thing she didnt have a name tag on, and was very angry and rude. How can a place have someone like this working for them. She needs to be fired Asap!
