UNPROFESSIONAL * I wouldn’t even give this place one star but you have to in order to leave a review. Never in my life have a booked an appointment and then had the person read text messages and ignore a new client who booked from out of state. Not only did I come from another state but I traveled 45min to 1 hour to arrive at the spot. She never answered the phone and deceived to read the text messages and never reply. I wasn’t going to write this review until she did that. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the women in this salon. I came in for loc repair and it was that and a whole lot more. I was a walk in with my girlfriend and she needed a retwist as well. We watched all the artists at work. Taking care of multiple heads at the same time? Juggling it all with a smile and a positive attitude. They went to town on my and fixed my crown and brought joy to hard times. These women will take care of your crown as if it was their own. I wish I had looked for them sooner.
